Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.57/day in the week to Aug 19 → 8.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
ACT 1 is available at launch. Acts 2 & 3 will release as free updates in the coming months!
FEED THE PIT is a linear, story-driven, investigative horror game where you hunt wealthy individuals through a dangerous card game in order to Feed The Pit, all while avoiding relentless horrors.
THE PIT hungers. To feed it, we're sending you to kill people in Carrister Valley. Hidden deep in the woods, your only hope at finding them is with magical cards--each of which asks a unique question about the target's location.
With the right inquiries, you'll narrow down the map until only one possible spot remains. Your card selection is limited--you'll have to play the hand you're dealt. No two investigations are the same.
Every mission brings a new monster, acting as your nemesis for the day. Their behavior is a mystery. Take dangerous gambles and pay close attention to discover how they work, and more importantly--how to survive.
THE PIT is here to save us. And you've been invited to join his Chosen Circle. We have a higher purpose to serve. A new world order to execute. For Brotherhood. For The Pit.
A complex and branching story lies ahead. What will you do?

Just finished Act 1, and absolutely loving this game- the story is enthralling and the monsters reach further than just what the valley has to hold. I cannot wait for the following acts!
I need to know more to the story man, this game had me hooked from start to finish. these are the types of indie games I personally adore, the storys actually interesting, the gameplay is unique and genuinely fun and the monsters (although act like a lot of monsters seen in other horror games) felt somewhat original still if you have a couple bucks to spare and want a few hours of fun for act 1 (as its the only act currently available as of writing this review) then I highly reccomend checking this game out. Overall a solid 8/10 for me, looking forward for act 2 and 3.

I really want too like this game, but I cant physically make it past the tutorial because the map keeps freaking out and not lining up too my crosshair, so its either i have to have the reaction time of a god or accept that it wont let me play. I don't know if its my end or the game but I've tried a lot too try fix it, and I've never had this issue anywhere else
An insanely good game. I was really captivated by the story, and the gameplay is actually good and fun, it really got me hooked up. The monsters got me jumping out of my chair, really scary stuff i'll tell you.I really am looking foward for the rest of the game.
Story, animations, sound, gameplay. Everything is just a solid 10 out of 10. If you only get to pick up a few indies this year, this one is highly recommended!
Great game!
Great game where the difficulty ramps up at a consistent pace as you progress.
Yes, the Pit is hungry and it needs YOU to FEED it. Amazing game with great ambience, the storytelling with it's characters hits the spot and it's gameplay... absolutely HORRIFYING. So many times while I was playing this I instinctively looked behind my back and the mechanics of the what I like to call, Hide and Seek are SO entertaining! 8/10, I don't know if this is a personal issue but I find it a little hard to replay because of the dialog, if this is possible And if you are reading this, could you add a 'Skip all Dialog' option in the settings? if not, that's okay! I'm eagerly awaiting Acts 2 and 3!
I love my family of death cultists. Anyways I'm writing this at the time that Act One is out, and so far the game feels incredibly promising. It's got a fun gameplay loop and unique mechanics for each new day with something new to worry about in the woods. I'd love to see some kind of endless or co-op mode in the future, or a custom mode to choose what types of threats are in the woods at once. Animation is top notch too. I quite enjoy the PS1 graphics style but the animation itself is incredibly smooth and well done. So props to the devs for it. And with the fact Acts 2-3 are coming out in future updates, I'm incredibly curious to see how the Devs elaborate on the story from here and where it goes, as a lot of the mystery and intrigue around the cult and the Pit has me very intrigued. Will have to see where they go from here, but thus far, it's looking incredibly promising.
One of the better horror games I've played recently. Lovingly crafted, art and animation along with music and sounds are all top notch for the scene they're setting. Takes about three hours to play through (on easy - thanks for that option btw), and developer was kind to add an inverse mouse setting for us weirdos who need that. :)
