Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 24 → 1.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
As it's cheap and pretty much done, my thoughts are that it's pretty good for a PVE shooter, but too complex for its own good. I like it, but levels can turn pretty stressful at the end when you're dealing with so many weird things and trying to explain to people what to do makes it less fun. "Stop focusing on the radioactive pearls, get the Blackrock launcher and shoot that postbox!" is a fun thing to yell, but pretty hard to explain to people new to the universe The endless mode has been the best for introducing people, it's simple and shows that the gunplay is fun. I recommend it, if you have patience and a couple of friends to rope in
This game is pretty fun, when the game first released it was quite buggy, slow and unreliable. But now it's very much fun, I experience very little game breaking bugs or performance issues, the only thing that will vary your experience is how many people are actively online playing the game, and if you have any friends to play with, because otherwise you will be playing on your own for the most part. People expect this game to be like or very closely related to Control in terms of mechanics, storyline, playtime etc, but this is far from what the game is intended to be, did you enjoy mowing down waves of Hiss in the Old House as Jessie? Did you hate how your health was very precious in Control and how often you'd die if you get overrun by a little more than twenty Hiss? Then I'm sure you'll like this game because combat is actually quite fun, of course the slow grinding to get a higher rank, more abilities unlocked, and leveling up your chosen toolkit will be a bit of a hassle and realistically will restrict you to Easy to Medium jobs until you get past Level 30 or so. However. if you're playing on any difficulty higher than Medium, prepare for an endless onslaught of waves and waves of high-level Hiss enemies, whether its waves and hordes of Elevated Hiss, or regular Grunts, it will be very difficult to mow your way through them, and they will keep on spawning even if a wave just spawned, and the amount of active Hiss enemies will stack overtime and can make completing the mission impossible if you aren't strategically planning where to place your turrets, water barrels, or your speakers. Make sure you are aware of this before complaining about how hard the game is at higher difficulties, I think it is way too difficult for some people like myself, but others will find it a good challenge, just manage your expectations. I wish this game got more missions than the five we received, but endless mode is a cool feature, and the ability to invite friends to download a "friend copy" of the game to play with you, without even needing to buy one is an amazing idea, and I wish more games did things like this. This game is worth it any price level, but the best time is to get it when it is on sale.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 1: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

this game deserved soo so much betterr aw, its so unique and filled with personality, i remember playing the beta for this but it was clear that it felt way too simple and barebones for an online co-op shooter and was just something fun on the side to keep us patient for control resonant. I wanted to like this so bad because remedy is so good and i love their weirdness and creativity but it didnt hit quite the same here, i cant seem to find players anymore :[
Came in after the "Final" Patch , definitely has some Major stability issues especially at higher difficulties with the game crashing / Extraction Elevator door not opening causing a frustrating mission fail. But besides that , Absolutely fun and engaging experience. The Gunplay is one of the best feeling ones i've had the pleasure of, you can tell the love poured into the animations (especially the inspects) and punchy and high-energy sound design. The Classes are also very fun and well animated , i love jumping around with the Electric Pogo-stick. It is a valid criticism that it needs more content , the classes while fun are very few with only 3 and i unlocked all 12 weapons after 16 hours of play, there are only 6 missions with a small variety of objective changes between runs. All in all , had a lovely time so far , hopefully the issues will be fixed in a future patch and if Control : Resonant is a commercial success , maybe they'll take a look back at Firebreak for more content.
I'd love to recommend this game but it needs a bunch of quality of life hopefully they can fix this game and I will come back.
Cons: only 9 guns. very little content. only 9 guns, how the hell you make a game like this and put only 9 guns ? in 30 hours i'll have played with every gun in the game, and 3 of them are not even fun to shoot, what a shame. Pros: Personally, I thought the shotgun felt Tesuda; I liked the animation, sound, and impact. I'm horny for shotguns.
Huge Remedy fan but what were they smoking with this one...
Such a shame this game never took off, incredibly fun multiplayer game which adds more to the Control universe. Best to check out with friends using the friends pass.
