Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.67/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
I haven't finished this game yet, but I think I've played enough to be able to recommend it. If you are looking for something close to the older Final Fantasy titles (part of the team is the same as well), this game fits perfectly; it's incredible how well it recreates that old feeling. Of course, this comes with both pros and cons. Pros: - Great music. Uematsu is one of the best composers in videogame history for a reason; this may not be the top OST of his career, but it's still remarkable. - Very interesting and well-made combat system. It's not a common turn-based RPG: the fact that you have to use your mouse/fingers/sticks to aim at the enemies you want to hit, with multiple range options, makes the combat feel less static than classic turn-based combat systems. Nothing revolutionary ofc, but I liked it. - Well-made and well-structured story. It's nothing mind-blowing, but it's pleasant to follow; you empathize with almost all the playable characters, even if some of them join the team kinda randomly — nothing new there. You still have the chance to follow everyone's side story to get even closer to them. - It has some cool new features, especially the one that avoids random encounters (with a specific object that you get early in the game); it makes the game more enjoyable in general. - Simple-to-read UI. It's very easy to navigate, maybe too simple, since it feels a bit empty at times; it was designed for mobile devices so it's understandable. - Very cool graphic design. If you didn't know, every environment — and I believe some models too — was made in real life with dioramas, and that's super cool to me. Very unique and creative. Not technically outstanding, but that was not their intention either. - Boss fights. Some are great, with good design and cool ideas on how to approach them; some bosses are very difficult at times, even on lower difficulties, which is great. You can't just play in auto-mode all the time; sometimes you have to think carefully about what to do, otherwise you're dead... and sometimes dying is almost unavoidable the first time. Cons: - Technically not perfect. Bugs aren't rare, especially with mouse/touch controls; the character often gets stuck in some stupid places, and you get frustrated quickly trying to get out. Sometimes you aren't even sure whether you can go somewhere because of this, even if the area is perfectly accessible. The controller fixes it, but I only found that out halfway through the game... - Repetitive tracks. As I said, the music is very good, so this may be subjective as a negative point; I still think they could have added more tracks here and there, especially during fights. - Repetitive fights. Having the possibility to avoid some random encounters just to fight them all together is a cool concept; it's well made and satisfying... at first. But then you realize pretty quickly that those fights still happen too frequently, and depending on your level or which characters you have, it's not guaranteed they will be quick. And it just becomes frustrating in some areas. - Boss fights. Yeah, it's in both pros and cons. Because it's cool that bosses are not brain-dead to fight... but some are just unfair. Call it skill issue, but fighting a boss perfectly for 95% of the battle while being 3–4 levels ahead, and in the last bit it just to start spamming AoE skills that two-shot your entire party — sometimes while slowing you, healing itself, and having THOSE DAMN ROCKS that make it invincible... it's just not good boss design. It doesn't happen frequently, and not with main story bosses (I think)... but god, you hate it when it happens... I'm talking to you, damn frog. - Rocks. This needs its own entry in the cons. Those rocks that block 99% of your skills are just badly made. You have no clue when to attack, since you don't have the right point of view to know when the rocks are not in the way, and you also have to keep in mind the delay of your attack... no, it's just bad. No excuses. In the end, even if there are some big cons, I still recommend trying this game (when on sale maybe) to those who like older FFs. It's an enjoyable experience!

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 4: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Excellent
it is good old FF type game i was waiting for
it would be a lie to say i didn't like this game. i like it a lot. i have some things to say about it, but at its core, fantasian is a game that i find charming and that i enjoy dearly. where do i begin? as a whole, in my opinion, the game lives and die by its presentation. half of it is stellar. fantastic set of dioramas that i have nothing bad to say about. a feast for the eyes. unfortunately, at the same time, a large part of the game is also a mess : the UI. you get to go through a fantastic looking game, but to actually navigate and play it you have to use the most barebones of menus and interface. a real shame, albeit one that i can somewhat look past. with that said, the game does feel like it trips in its own feet at times. biggest one would be voice acting - while what's here is nice, the game kind of breaks its own pace by having tons of smaller voiced cutscenes that, respectfully, should've been unvoiced quips for the sake of keeping these smaller scenes brief. keep the voice acting for more relatively important bits and more importantly keep the game on a brisker pace throughout. there's probably more things i could go on at length about (like the camera moving through certain dioramas and seeing the view "shift", if that makes sense) but you can kind of feel the seams here and there. no huge drawback, but absolutely noticeable. there's some big names involved in this, and while i do like the end result, i think it's safe to say it doesn't reach any of the peak of their previous work. i don't think that's terrible, and it's certainly enjoyable, but this isn't uematsu's best soundtrack or sakaguchi's best work. once again, a tall order to surpass their best, but what's on offer here is more than satisfying i think. despite all the relative complaining i have done, i do like what they've done. yes you can quite literally see the seams in the dioramas, but they look great. yes the combat does start to be fatiguing after a while but i do like that they tried something different that isn't input commands in a turn-based games. yes the music isn't the height of uematsu's work but it's still pretty decent. yes the presentation can be subpar at times but i still have fun playing it. yes the battles can get cumbersome because you need to be 100% involved but i like that you can just do huge 30 monsters battles to grind. i would probably still recommend it. is it at the top of my list of games to recommend? no, probably not. but i do think it's more than fine and even enjoyable, and i'd argue there's a lot to like here. it does not reach the heights of the medium in terms of RPGs despite being much more "classic" in its format, but i would be lying if i said i think this game is straight up bad, though it does feel a bit like 3 games in one. as a final point i guess i should talk about the difficulty. i did say i enjoyed the game but the reality is : i didn't finish it. there's an argument to be had about part 2 being wholly too difficult and that being a turn off for most people. i still tried to persevere and i would've essentially had to follow a guide or keep tweaking my setups to progress. and for that i guess i'd say it's not worth it for most people - it's not impossible but it certainly is not an easy game, especially considering the game hinders your level grinding past a certain point and essentially requires you to organize a party for a boss fight versus simply overpowering it. somewhat goes against how most turn-based RPGs play and i can see it being a turn off for many people, especially since there's no "in-game" reason as to why this happens except a pop-up that tells you to kick rock. the verdict? not a terrible game, but not the first turn-based game i would recommend.
Vaya obra maestra de los jrpg (lo he jugado en español con el parche no oficial), vaya maravilla, complicado pero satisfactorio, simplemente increible
게임이 굉장히 올드한 느낌...
Diorama background and character design is cool. Gameplay is fun and challenging in higher difficulty. Story is ok. Overall game is 9/10.
Real models in games are cool, not enough cutscenes, not enough like Final Fantasy, 8/10
It starts out as your typical JPRG but the combat and rules mechanics breakdown in the second half of the experience.
Un retour aux sources bienvenu avec un patte graphique digne des meilleurs artisans avec des diorama photographiés sublimes~ Merci MistWalker 💚
