I wanna start this review off by saying I bought this game knowing it wouldn't be like the 3D fallouts, and that this was made by a separate company that had nothing to do with Bethesda. I'm a huge fan of the Fallout series, and I thought I should play the classic ones to see how they turned out, but all I saw here was pure nothing. I know this game obviously isn't like Fallout 3, and that this is a completely separate game gender, with different gameplay, but I simply wasn't having fun while playing it. The combat is frustrating because of the awful accuracy your character has, I probably missed more knife attacks than I did hit, which is ironic since knifes are supposed to be used from upfront, where it would be EASIER to attack. I don't like the fact I gotta both gamble for weapon damage, AND if it hits at all, especially since you can't attack as much as you want, you gotta have action points for that (which by itself is another mechanic I hated since the basic pistol eats half of your AP) Another factor I didn't like was the time limit, I don't like being under pressure because I can get a game over because I didn't make the right decisions of how to explore the map. Speaking of time, this game is SLOW as hell. I know RPGs are supposed to be games where you gotta take your time, but even with combat speed on the maximum and with my character always running, I still felt like this game was slow and awkward to play. In short, the combat is awful and very RNG dependant and the game is slow. If you only like Fallout because of the 3D games, I don't recommend you playing this game unless you're a fan of isometric RPGs, or if you REALLY want the full Fallout experience.

2 décennies après sa sortie, le jeu a pris beaucoup la poussière (je ne parle pas des graphiques). Le gameplay est trop lourd et pas intuitif.
