Simply isn't worth the money of even the pre-rise price.
No.
Honestly I think Automatron and “Point Lookout Special Edition” are okay-ish, and the workshops are acceptable for settlement lovers. If you can get it for 20-25 it's probably worth it from an hour/USD ratio perspective. Compared to Skyrim DLC this bundle is similar in value, compared to FNV this is too expensive even with discount/before price rise. The game is completely playable without these DLCs; they don't really add a lot to the game and don't change gameplay in main world that much. Some mods might require them (usually there is a non-DLC version), but overall you can play the game without season pass. In the end the function that benefited me the most was the 100P power generator. Comments by DLC below. FH: This DLC reused quite a few plots/designs from Point Lookout, as well as a few monsters from the main game, and it does not have the Lovecraftian feeling of PL. On the plus side the graphic is better than PL, and you actually have 3 settlements, various endings and choices (you can wipe out everyone), and balanced reward for different roleplay paths. As the center of plot twist, DiMA is a complex and interesting character. The side quests are still a bunch of fetch quests, but Bethesda did add some mysticism and horror elements in many quests. Automatron: It uses a "comic character" protagonist, and I think Bethesda overused such design similar to how they shove Liberty Prime, synth and all their FO3 inventions down your throat. The story is incredibly weak and the main quest (a huge dungeon) is almost as irritating as Mothership Zeta. The good thing is that you can build robotic companions/settlers. If you want to buy NWorld and play as a raider, the robots can link raider and normal settlements. Vault: This is an "official mod" with extremely simplistic quests. The idea is that Beth gives you a huge cave to build a vault. They provide plenty of new buildings/materials, but the place is so big and messy that you are likely to get bored by the time you scrap all trashes. What's worse is that the vault reactor transmit power via floor so you spend the next dozens of hours paving floors.. Then rooms. Then decorations. It really shows why city building is a collective work. It's good for Minecraft people I guess. The only good thing is that it adds enhancers that boost 1 of the SPECIAL stats, and you can change the buff at any time. Overall it's not worth it. Wasteland: Fusion reactor is very useful for major settlement, other stuff not so much. Contraption: Scaffolding is somewhat useful if you use turrets for defense; the factors are niche depending on the type of gameplay you prefer (it can craft rare ammo) NWorld: This is the largest waste of potential. Unlike every dystopian/haunted amusement park in video games, it starts by giving you a clear message that you are heading to a raider camp. Then an uber-ugly park. Then a reused trap maze from main game. Then a plot-determined boss fight with only 1 way of beating the enemy. Then a massive ego stroke and you are the overboss of NW... Playing as a raider is promising, but the DLC suffers from multiple problems: -The imbalanced reward basically force you to be a bad guy, similar to the main game forcing you to be good with limited "bad" companions, factions and quests. If this is a part of a game world that is largely balanced, a "pure bad guy" faction is a good thing (like DB in Skyrim); however, as a DLC this is terrible. Yes, you can remake an evil character, but chances are that the characters you invested in won't benefit from this expensive DLC that much. -Generic bad guys. Beth doesn't make any effort into making raiders interesting, instead they just guilt trip you by depicting raiders as horrible non-people. Nisha is basically the character with same name in Borderland, a cartoonish sociopath. The Black twins can be interesting if the story (the frustration of wealthy kids) is developed, but Beth does not care. Mason just pales in front of Caesar as a Social Darwinist (and he does not have a full backstory..?). Also they rarely get a quest featuring them. Beth does not even want you to know them, they are just evil incarnates functioning as the bomb of Megaton. -There really isn't much benefit in "taking over Commonwealth". The raiders still boss you around (which is inconvenient as you need to switch map), raider settlement is even more annoying than regulars to maintain, and you might need to destory the settlements you just build for MM. If you expect another Saints Row game, turn back now. -NW Raiders don't influence the main world that much. MM stil works for you except Preston, whose AI is messed badly if you side with raiders. You'd expect raiders to fight BOS, make contract with Institute as Keollogg's replacement, extort people by "protecting them from synth"... but no. Again, if you want story you shouldn't be playing Bethesda games these days. The good thing is that NW offers quite a few poweful armors, but that's it. Overall: None of these is truly worth buying. Buying Season Pass is better than buying a single one, but the DLCs are all mediocre at best, including FH.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 14: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Even on sale the amount of content you get =/= the price tag, the dissapointment I felt on release when they made the automaton an entire dlc (where I've seen better, more thorough player made mods) is the tip of the iceberg with this bundle.

Wow it is amazing how much this ruined my enjoyment of the game. The Mechanist’s lair dungeon was too long for its own good and I just wanted it to end at a certain point. Nuka World felt incredibly empty both in gameplay and lore. The Fallout wiki’s section on Nuka World’s pre-war history is only like 3 paragraphs long. The more I play Fallout 4, the more it feels like Bethesda’s scope and vision for the game was a lot bigger than what they were able to achieve, and it couldn’t be more obvious than with Nuka World; hell, it’s in the middle of a desert in Massachusetts. Far Harbor was the best one, but the main quest didn’t encourage you to explore the island enough and I was so burned out by playing this game that I didn’t really feel the need to play more if it than I had to by the time I finished Far Harbor. Everyone talks about the DIMA computer minigame, so I’m sure you already know how sickeningly out of place it is. Both Nuka World and Far Harbor don’t feel like they end, as much as they have a point where they stop giving you more game to play. I was aching to play these, but I left burned out and disappointed. However, the base game’s workshop items are surprisingly lackluster and barebones, so I’d only recommend this because of how much more interesting it makes building settlements.

F*cking waste of f*cking money
I bought it for the stated DLC's not creation club. I know there are a lot of bad reviews, but this was great, it added a good amount of content. But since this is more than game of the year edition right now, 11NOV-3DEC 2019, get that instead. Very fun game.
Best Fallout Game! Needs online co-op, PvP, and Vehicles. Best to buy this game on sale for moneys worth now. Other fallouts are ok but stay away from fallout 76, it is total garbage in every way!!! Quote: "Remember that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Probably worth a google?"
