Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Step into the town of Porcupine and take to the well-loved scrubs of Finley, the newest fledgling doctor to join the ranks of St. Ursula's hospital. As the seasons in the small-town change and life starts to stir, you'll soon realize that things aren't always what they seem: Not everyone is honest with themselves and others, the healthcare industry is not as illustrious as it seemed in medical school, and the work/life balance Finley strives toward might be impossible to achieve.

Not only is there a lot to discover in the old hospital, but also in the small town of Porcupine itself. Take the time to meet the villagers and have a beer with them in the local pub, take a trip to the nearby forest, or spend quality time with your friends.
The blunt head doctor, the selfless nurse, Finley's smart friends, and many other residents populate the small town of Porcupine. Engage in funny, profound, and sometimes serious dialogues, in which you'll be able to choose your answers and influence your relationships.
You don't even have time to look at the clock because your patients are waiting! Investigate what's wrong with them through your conversations and treat them in different minigames that challenge you in logic, speed, and skill.
At first glance, the small town is a warm, friendly place where everyone knows and greets each other. But if you live there for any length of time, you'll suspect that not everyone is as honest as they pretend to be – especially in an unhealthy healthcare-system.

Wirklich was ein Meisterwerk an Game. Viel liebe an die Entwickler.

Отличная как и Night in The Woods, на пару вечером самое то. Тут побольше "Экшена", но и локации более пустые. Сама история хорошая, играете за врача который только закончил обучение, сталкиваясь с трудностями. Побольше бы такого....
You'll like it if you loved Night in the Woods.
A masterpiece of a game. Despite there still being some bugs, a majority of them were quite minor. The rest of the gameplay was wonderful. The characters will live in my heart and with what I do forever. The storytelling was beautiful, really pulling you into the moment with the way the main character goes about sharing their experiences. I would recommend this game if you enjoy a good story, enjoy character relations, and don't mind a softer, more cozy, style of gameplay. There's a lot to learn life-wise, from advice to just moments that we deal with every single day. There is a very positive take on a lot of topics too. It is one of the few games that have made me connect with characters and feel such empathy, to the point of where I cried twice. The music is also very beautiful. Thank you for this wonderful story and experience. I hope to play more games like this one in my lifetime.
I would recommend this game, but only buy when it's on sale :) Too short a story in my opinion to validate the price otherwise. Cute story, but kind of falls off toward the end, leaving what feels like many parts unexplained (though I did look at a forum online that helped explain things I missed/didn't fully grasp) I cried at one of the bigger parts, and it takes a lot to make me cry at a game so that tells you something too. You can tell some heart went into this game. Kindaaaa upset we didn't see some a certain couple of male karens get their comeuppance, but hey, that's just the life of someone in an unforgiving profession.
