Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Step into the town of Porcupine and take to the well-loved scrubs of Finley, the newest fledgling doctor to join the ranks of St. Ursula's hospital. As the seasons in the small-town change and life starts to stir, you'll soon realize that things aren't always what they seem: Not everyone is honest with themselves and others, the healthcare industry is not as illustrious as it seemed in medical school, and the work/life balance Finley strives toward might be impossible to achieve.

Not only is there a lot to discover in the old hospital, but also in the small town of Porcupine itself. Take the time to meet the villagers and have a beer with them in the local pub, take a trip to the nearby forest, or spend quality time with your friends.
The blunt head doctor, the selfless nurse, Finley's smart friends, and many other residents populate the small town of Porcupine. Engage in funny, profound, and sometimes serious dialogues, in which you'll be able to choose your answers and influence your relationships.
You don't even have time to look at the clock because your patients are waiting! Investigate what's wrong with them through your conversations and treat them in different minigames that challenge you in logic, speed, and skill.
At first glance, the small town is a warm, friendly place where everyone knows and greets each other. But if you live there for any length of time, you'll suspect that not everyone is as honest as they pretend to be – especially in an unhealthy healthcare-system.

I love the art and the detail and all the stories within the game. Parts made me sad and angry and worried, I got so immersed in the stories, they did an amazing job making this game. There where some bits in the game where a frame overlapped a bit but compared to everything else its easy enough to just pass it by, to not pay any mind to those lil buggies. The characters where all amazing, I do have favorites.. but i ain't gonna do no spoiling here so yall will have to play and see :3 10/10, Five Stars. I will be playing this again and not just for the achievements i missed! <3
nice game

Was mir besonders gefallen hat:

Wichtige und selten behandelte Thematik
Wunderschöner Artstyle mit viel Charme
Abwechslungsreiche Minispiele

Such a tender story about navigating life, and hardships in a new place you're trying to call home. The story telling was great and made each moment heartbreaking, and beautiful. Can't wait to play though again in the future.
I feel bad checking "no" on whether I'd recommend this to other players, but what I really mean is I wouldn't recommend it to players like me. I didn't know what I was getting into with this, but at first glance it seemed very "Night in the Woods." The art and music were beautiful and I enjoyed them immensely. But here are all the things that me, a gamer who likes a little more thinking and choice, didn't like: I couldn't make choices that changed the game. The story was linear, I was going to go do X thing whether I wanted to or not. Some of the characters were annoying. I didn't like Pina at all. Karl was trouble. But I had no choice but to subject myself to their antics. I also tried to avoid an angry mob and experienced the inexplicable frustration of an invisible wall just not allowing me to do that. "The game designers want you in that angry mob." No, I don't want to. One character ended up leaving the city and leaving me a note full of meaning, but since I'd interacted with that character only twice, it seemed odd. It also seemed like there was lots of opportunity for deeper meaning - death, life, did Finley have parents, was his friendship with Mia ever tested at work, what happened to that homeless guy, etc. The opportunities were never really seized. I didn't see that one character's badness for myself, I was told about it. I didn't get to share my grief over that one character's passing, I had to just move on with the story. I was pretty bored for a lot of the game. Wake up, have Finley go to work, then what? I wasn't compelled to return to that, but I did, because Night in the Woods was kind of slow and boring at first too and maybe I just had to put in the time to get to the good parts. I didn't like some of the activities that I had to do when checking up on patients. I bought a controller for this game and my brain doesn't have the buttons mapped as XABY. They're just left, up, right, down. But I needed to know XABY for these tasks and I failed those every time. There was also a task that required me to press most of the buttons on the controller and some of the buttons were finnicky. This one was not fun to lose at every time. Of course, a latter part of the game approached that required only those two activities and this was not fun. I also HATED that this game could only be saved when Finley goes to bed. I don't know what kind of people have uninterrupted HOURS to game and reach save points, but I am not one of those. For the love of Pete let people save when they want to. Nothing makes someone despise a game more than, "Omg I need to go to bed I'm passing out but this game's day won't freaking end!!" The ending was interesting. It left me with a bit of an uncomfortable feeling, which is unusual, but not entirely unwelcome. Still thinking on that one.
I loved this game so much. It's been a while since I played but I still think about it a lot and wish there was another to play. The music (when it didn't glitch oops) was a perfect fit and the art style was so simple yet so unique for each character. Speaking of the characters, they were all completely different from one another and didn't feel repetitive at all. I also really enjoyed the minigames! For a cosy game, the story is very deep and honestly the ending was really surprising. I admire that the game was created with health workers in mind to show how difficult it can be to work in a hospital. I work at a busy hospital myself, although I work in the path lab, and I constantly see doctors and nurses struggling with the work load then hear all the patients and visitors complaining about waiting times etc. More often than not we are all working as fast as we can! I think it's amazing that a game was made to bring attention to this! I digress, my overall conclusion is if you enjoy cosy games with a meaningful story that have a few minigames scattered in so it's not just point and click then this is the game for you! It's beautiful and autumnal and honestly stressful at times if you get absorbed into it! (Also, at least 2 playthroughs required for all achievements)
