Exoprimal is an online, team-based action game that pits humanity's cutting-edge exosuit technology against history's most ferocious beasts – dinosaurs.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 25 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 24: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I'd love to play this further. But after multiple reinstalls and checking of my internet settings, I haven't been able to go any further than the TUTORIAL.
The game is great in nearly every aspect. Audio, Video, Gameplay, hell even the story is a fun little interdimensional romp with Dinosaurs. Some might be scared by the low player count but the game will auto fill with bots which are very good both on your team & against your team. The seasonal rotation model makes it so you always have something to do for hundreds of hours. Would I buy it at full price? Absolutely not with it not getting anymore content but the game is so content complete & such a good time that you'd be silly not to buy it on sale & have a couple dozen hours of Dinosaur fighting fun.
I'm not really sure why this game didn't do so well on release. Heck, I didn't even know it had released and I was interested in trying it I thought, but I for some reason just decided not to. Saw it on sale, got quick start pack, and I've been really enjoying my time in it. It's essentially Overwatch, with some Overwatch like game modes, combined with hoard game mechanics. You're not always fighting against other players, and in fact I think you can choose to be purely PVE if you really don't want PVP, and you shouldn't encounter another player directly. Players in PVE though I imagine can take control of dinos and come fight you, but you'll never be fighting your exo suit against another if you don't want that kind of experience. You can also join purely PVP games, if you want I just go random, because I don't care. This right now feels really great. I haven't had any "sweaty" moments with players spewing obsenities and it's pretty fun to relax to, grab a suit, go run some matches. I can hop in, and hop out, there really isn't any friction. Have some fun for a few games and feel like I've done something. OH, There's story! It's not super interactive story, but there is story with cutscenes and voiced over dialogue. I'm enjoying the characters quite a lot actually. They have good personalities. Maybe "typical" personalities but they play well and I love them all. These are unlocked as you play matches. AND THEN! There are story matches that just seem to happen at random which is pretty awesome! Where something happens in the world and you're all working together to do something about it. Not to mention raid fights with giant boss monsters, which are also a blast. Sometimes you'll be running a mission and it's 5 v 5, and then at the end of round one the AI is like "OH, hey, this is an interesting interuption! Here's a terrible situation or creature I need research on." And suddenly it's 10 vs Raid boss or Raid encounter of some sort. That's slick. It's sad that there doesn't seem to be a lot of people playing. At the time of writing this, there's like, 100 people on at a time? I've been getting into games within a minute of hitting "Let's go" though, when set to "random," and so far no problems. I'm not one to talk about balance, but the classes feel pretty good so far. When you pick a class, or suit, or whatever, you pretty much know what you're suppose to do. The only really difficult thing I feel, is trying to figure out what the mission wants out of you. Most the time it's straight forward, but there are a few objectives where it's not clear what you're suppose to do. Like "Defend the position," it took a youtube to explain to me that at least 4 people have to be in the box for the percentage to go up, when I thought it just meant don't let dinos smash the spire in the middle. So, I dunno. If it's on sale, I say give it a whirl. If you like Overwtach and Horde Shooters mashed into one, it's pretty good, and there's plenty of variety for me to enjoy it.
Awesome :) Needs more different looking maps/environments like LP2 and more variety in objectives/scenarios. Feels like it needs more content/missions after completing the story.
I'd like to preface this that I got the game on sale. While I can say I recommend the game, I'd say ONLY under the pretense of a sale, roughly 30% to 40% off. You have to really know what you're getting into. Genuinely fun game with great fundamentals (with minimal microtransactions - only one existing for a Battle Pass which can be levelled up SUPER quick on a 2X XP week), held back by an asinine matchmaking system and poor new player onboarding. The game modes and fights have far more variety than what the game advertises. However, its locked behind the story; and in-game, it makes no effort to let players know that, leading to a steep player drop-off rate. In addition to not letting players know of the potential variety, it takes a while to find new enemy variations. It takes about 5 to 6 hours to see a significant change in the enemy sandbox, and that's asking a lot of playtime for a majority of new players who are still on the fence. My advice from someone who is loving it, is to pop it in, play a couple of matches, get a quick fix, and then do some more another day. Playing all of the Exosuits in those 5 to 6 hours and seeing how they play helps keep variety up as well. tl;dr fun game with a weird matchmaking system - stick with it, and it improves exponentially. However, due to some of its weirdness, get it on a sale. If you want a super detailed review, you can consult this video: https://youtu.be/thlFPprVIgU?si=xctd8Ui583q7Cb5p
