I've played pretty much every MMO out there and I can confidently say that this one is one of the bad ones. Interface is a nightmare, it takes 3 clicks to open one of the inventories. It takes 6 clicks to open them all and 15 clicks to close them again. My character randomly starts running around. I am sure there's a solution to that but I didn't bother. The game is free to play but it constantly opens a web browser trying to sell me staff. WHY? That was very annoying. Those aggressive mobile games comes to mind. Graphics are far worse than anything I've seen yet it still managed to heat up my laptop. Keep in mind that I play games like Elder Scrolls Online and Start Trek universe on maximum settings and my laptop just gets warm. EverQuest makes it hot like an oven. Probably because it is not optimized for modern PCs. I just downloaded because it had good reviews and wanted to try it out. Game page says 10 GBs but it is actually around 40 GBs.
Love this game, been having a blast with the different classes and spells. I was a Asheron's Call player so I didn't play this back in the day, I like how its comparable to AC. Appriciate the fact its free to play as well!

After many decades still fun. I wish we could get the first version with shared crafting.

It's like an old friend. Lots of helpful people online and tons of wiki information is available too.
