Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.13/day in the week to Jul 26 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Avoid Buying – Abandoned by Developers I strongly recommend not buying Estate Agent Simulator in its current state. The game has effectively been abandoned — the developers have not updated or meaningfully touched it since January last year. No patches, no bug fixes, no new content, and no communication that suggests active development. What you get feels unfinished and shallow. Bugs remain unresolved, gameplay systems lack depth, and features that clearly need polishing are left as-is. It feels like an early-access project that was quietly dropped, except it’s still being sold as if it’s a supported product. The most frustrating part is the silence. When a game hasn’t seen updates in over a year, it’s hard to justify spending money on it, especially when there’s no roadmap or reassurance from the developers. Until development resumes (if it ever does), this is not worth your money. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere.
Terrible. Abandoned. There is a reason why I avoid buying Early Access games. I'm against paying to be a Beta Tester. This one is a perfect example of why I should keep avoiding.

THIS GAME IS DEAD DON'T WASTE YOU'RE MONEY FOR NOTHING
⚠️LOOK OUT⚠️ I want to share my experience with KIKI Games, a team that acts as both developer and publisher. From what I’ve seen, they tend to release games very quickly and then abandon them shortly after launch. Many of their titles contain bugs, lack polish, and receive little to no post-launch support. Updates are rare or nonexistent, even when issues are clearly present. This is disappointing, because some of these games could have real potential if they were properly supported and improved over time. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to happen. In my opinion, this feels like a cash-grab and move on approach. If you’re on a tight budget, I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before spending your money on their games.
This game is a $5 dollar joke sold for $21.99, and the joke dies after Steam's refund window... There is a game in here. I get what they were trying to do. You purchase a house, clean it, load furniture into your vehicle, place everything inside, take listing photos, advertise the property, and rent it out for a profit. I can understand wanting to work your way toward bigger and better houses. The problem is that this game tries to be a real-estate simulator, life simulator, driving game, casino, hunting game, auction game, and I don’t even know what else. It bites off more than it can chew and ends up doing almost everything pretty badly. The jank was funny at first. Hunting left a rifle stuck in my hand, gave me 4 arms with different skin colours, and made me shoot a nice lady in the face every time I clicked through her dialogue. I laughed, but it got old really fast when I couldn’t holster the gun, was wasting ammunition, and had to restart the game. The most compelling part of my entire hour was gambling. I started with $41k and ended up with nothing, begging my wife for more gambling money. That created a funny story, but gambling is already naturally addictive. It should not be more compelling than being an estate agent in a game called Estate Agent Simulator. My biggest problem isn’t even that the game was abandoned! Devs can move on from projects. I care that they are still charging almost $22 CAD while the game opens by saying they are continuing to improve it and will fix bugs as soon as possible. Steam warns that it hasn’t been updated in almost 2 years, while the title screen and advertisements inside the game push the devs newer titles. I could be completely wrong, but the impression I got was that these devs care more about selling their next game than finishing the one people already paid for. At $5, I could shrug, enjoy the broken silliness for a night, and move on. At $21.99, it feels like a rip-off. When I closed this game, I knew I would never play it again. Worse, I no longer trusted whatever these devs release next. That sucks because there is a game in here. They just never finished it.
Wish I could request a refund, did you guys develop this title on a gen 1 apple pc?
I was hoping after Let's Game It Out's hilarious video, that the developer would make efforts to address the numerous gamebreaking and frustrating bugs to a game with an interesting premise and lots of scope for expansion. Two years on, I am sorely disappointed. Only playing to grind some achievements for my ADHD anxiety.
oyuna güncelleme gelmesi lazım belli bi dakikadan sonra menu bug oluyor kayıt yapamıyorsunuz eşya menusunu açamıyoruz çok sacma kiki dislike
