Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A bite-sized, tough-as-nails, claustrophobic bullet hell with multiple routes through each level and frequent checkpoint placement to offset the occasional jank. A nice way to spend an evening
DANG, YOU GOT HIT WITH THE UGLY STICK
Escape from Terror City offers one of the best Run'N'Gun gameplays in 3D. If you liked old Contra games but were disappointed by the direction the franchise took in the PSX era, this game might be for you. It puts all the action in 3D, keeping the general bullet hell gameplay that requires you being precise and knowing what you're doing. Dear developer, you are amazing! Please do more!

Review after completing hard mode. I'm a renegade sector shill and usually like everything they put out, but I have a hard time recommending them to people. They tend to be interesting and fun design wise but lack the content and polish to justify their usually high prices. This is the first game from the dev that I think is worth the price asked even if you aren't already a fan of the dev. Very interesting take on cabal style shooters. Definitely leans more into the bullet hell aspect of games like Thunder Kid which is good IMO since the bosses of those games far outshined the platforming. For Escape from Terror City, the stage design is excellent in addition to the bosses due to the more focused bullet hell gameplay. Hard mode was a real treat as its truly brutal stuff. All enemies are buffed and there are dozens of new enemies added to the game. Re-learning each of the stages was a very engaging experience and very rewarding to finally complete. Ultimately the game suffers from the same issues as most renegade sector games. The game is very short, 1-2 hours for just normal mode. Options are severely lacking which limits accessibility. Assuming you do hard mode however the gameplay and design is more than enough to justify the asking price IMO.
Fun game! A couple of checkpoints feel borderline unfair but apart from that I had a good time :)
a fun yet short arcade-like experience
A decent little arcade shooter. It reminds me a bit of Wild Guns with the the horizontal shooting mechanics, minus the special abilities, power ups, and dodging. A simple game to pick up and play with more and more challenge as you progress.
Fun, short arcade shooter. Beat the normal mode in less than an hour, but there's a hard mode that unlocks after your first play through. I probably died more to the janky camera and level design than I did to enemies. Hard mode unlocks after your first play through. I'd recommend purchasing at $5 or less. For the developer: - While the camera can be pretty frustrating and block your view from incoming projectiles at times, the fact that your character completely turns left if you get too close to the tower when fighting the tower boss for the second time in level 5 is EXTREMELY frustrating.
Fantastic little game. The combination of slow bullet hell dodging, on rails style shooting, and 3d movement is great.
