Played the scenario, unlocked everything, then made my own paradise. Rinse, repeat.
Dealing with really bad nausea right now, needed something calm and easy to play to distract myself. This works wonders if you want to calm down and take your mind off things for a bit.
It's basically a city builder game where you build ecosystems. Takes around 7 hours to complete. The pacing is really well done, until the last few plants and animals. I wish the game encouraged bigger habitats, and that researching new plants and animals awarded some points.

I've never seen anyone talk about this game, but I found it on a whim one day and if my 145 hours is any indication, it was well worth the purchase. This game is so peaceful and calming. I personally love the poly art style as well. It scratches the "unlockable-s" itch well.
relaxing. don't focus on fast completion.
I like the game but the lack of World Generation options is a travesty. I have very little control over the hills and plains of my world and end up re-rolling over and over and over and over and over and over. It's really annoying. There should be a world overview that shows you the world before you accept playing on it. Until this is added, I'm not recommending this game.
such a chill little game
Please reoptimize this for modern hardware so it's playable without stuttering to a near stop after a few hours.
I like it a lot :3 I do wish the ecosystems were more capable of spreading or changing on their own, but they do to some degree if I leave it open or speed it up. Nice little terrarium, I really enjoy the amount of control you do and don't have over the ecosystem as a player. It's... almost like Tomodachi Life for the 3ds? Like, you can add the species, and you can give them evolutionary goals, and you can obviously unlock things as you play, but for instance you can't directly control where new plants grow, or when animals eat. Very cute.
Cosy, little game. And one of best among titles with evolution mechanics. It is definately quick to unclock all species though.
