Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 20 → 3.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
ENDLESS Space™ 2 is a Strategic Space Opera set in a mysterious universe.
Your story unfolds in a galaxy that was first colonized by God-like beings known as the “ENDLESS”, who rose and fell eons ago. All that remains of them are mystical ruins, powerful artifacts, and a strange, near-magical substance known as Dust.
ENDLESS Space™ 2 takes the classic “one more turn” formula to new heights. You will explore mysterious star systems, discover the secrets of ancient races, build colonies on distant planets, exploit trade routes, develop advanced technologies of unthinkable power; and, of course encounter new life forms to understand, to court or to conquer.
As a leader, you have to manage your populations like never before as they react dynamically to your decisions and to their environment, expressing their will through political parties, dictating the laws that your Senate can pass. Will you be a beloved natural leader or will you manipulate your populations to your benefit?
Watch your fighters fly past huge cruisers while lasers rip their hulls apart in epic real-time space battles. Detailed after action reports will help you adapt your strategy for the next confrontations.
Design your ships, assemble your fleets and carefully adapt your battle plans to overcome your enemies. Once you think you’ve done it all, take it online against seven other players.
Immerse yourself in the ENDLESS Universe™. The galaxy belongs to the civilization that controls Dust and uncovers its secrets… but were the ENDLESS alone in the galaxy? What is the true origin of Dust?
Lead one of eight civilizations, each with a unique playstyle affinity and story quest, and build great stellar empires capable of imposing your vision on the Galaxy!
Find out more about the Academy and its powerful cast of Heroes, that you can recruit and train to become fleet admirals, system governors or influential senators.
Press ‘Space’ anytime to activate the Amplified Reality view and reveal in-depth contextual information about your systems, trade routes, diplomatic stances and even your ship stats during battle!

I have to admit, I’m not really a fan of this game. It’s somewhat enjoyable for a short time, but several aspects didn’t work for me. First, the ships on the main map are just small blue silhouettes, which feels underwhelming—especially compared to Civilization VI, where units are clearly detailed. The ships do look good during combat, but that detail doesn’t carry over to the main view. I also ran into occasional bugs. For example, the interface sometimes indicated that a ship was available to move when there wasn’t one. It wasn’t game-breaking, but it was annoying—restarting the game seemed to fix it. The tech tree is very large and filled with explanations, but the heavy sci-fi terminology makes it hard to connect with. In Civilization, research feels intuitive and grounded in real history, but here the concepts are so abstract that they become difficult to follow. I found myself reading long descriptions that ultimately felt meaningless. The map itself also feels quite empty. While I understand that space is the setting, it still comes across as lacking substance unless you’re really into this kind of theme. There are also some localization issues. When playing in German, certain words didn’t fit properly in the UI and were awkwardly split across lines, which hurt the overall presentation (this was on a 1080p resolution). Additionally, the number of quests, events, and technical descriptions can feel overwhelming. It’s hard to keep track of what’s going on or what I should focus on. The tech tree layout is another weak point for me. I would have preferred a simpler tab-based system with a clear left-to-right progression. The current circular design requires a lot of navigation, and I often ended up just selecting a suggested technology without fully understanding it. Overall, I think fans of sci-fi strategy games might enjoy this more. But if you’re not deeply into the genre, it may be hard to get immersed. That said, the artistic side of the game is impressive. The factions, colors, and overall visual style are well done. I plan to give it another try to see if my opinion changes. Right now, even on the easiest difficulty, I struggle because I’m unsure what to research or build due to the unclear descriptions. For instance, I thought I had unlocked “Behemoth” hulls, but I couldn’t find them in the ship design menu. At the moment, I’d say: Civilization is still the better experience for me. EDIT: After playing more I found more issues about the game. For me the small italic font is sometimes difficult to read. The font is very slim but the main problem is the background image which is used for it. Sometimes the background is as bright as the white font and it becomes more difficult to read. Sorry, but this could have been patched easily. But they didn't. I also ran into another bug: sometimes, if you open up a dialog/window in the middle of the round or right after it starts for you: a fight can break out. This way your UI is completely crippled since you are "in theory" still in your managemnt dialog but you see the fight. This lead to the problem that during the fight the weapons were not shown and the health was not shown too. After the fight I could not get anywhere but escape the game since I got stuck in an empty window/dialog thing.

This game feels like something a mom would catch her child playing in a movie. Maybe I was spoiled by Paradox's games, maybe I didn't catch the feel of it, but it's just shallow and a chore for me to play. Maybe I'll like this game if I play more, but I don't know if I want to subject myself to this game anymore.
Allegedly, others have played this 4X game and enjoyed it. I've done 5 games on "Easy," and I cannot imagine how. One time, I got RNG'd into a cluster with a half dozen systems that were totally uncolonizable, and no starlanes beyond, so I could spend dozens of turns doing nothing while all the unlockables were claimed by other players. The game is so event and to very, very loosely borrow the classic Civilization term "wonder" - one time global unlockable - driven, that it's ridiculous. The faction that's supposed to be "use prestige to force build" is unable to do that for any appreciable length of time. Coming from the event driven, incomplete disaster that Hooded Horse more recently published, "Heart of the Machine," I'm beginning to develop the theory that they're a publisher to avoid wholesale. Considering the ONE achievement I stumbled over has a 10% unlock rate, I'm beginning to believe people just buy video games rather than play them, and I'm becoming incredibly distrustful of reviewers.
The game has all the building blocks of a great 4X strategy experience. The core mechanics are engaging, there are interesting strategic decisions to make, and the overall design shows plenty of promise. Throughout my time with it, I could see the potential for a deep and rewarding strategy game. Unfortunately, the difficulty balance held the experience back significantly. Even as a relatively inexperienced player with only a handful of playthroughs, I was able to defeat the highest difficulty setting without much trouble. The main reason seemed to be the AI, which often felt passive and failed to provide meaningful opposition. As a result, many strategic decisions lacked tension because there was little risk of being punished for mistakes. While the foundation is solid and the game offers enjoyable mechanics, a stronger and more aggressive AI would greatly improve the challenge and overall experience. As it stands, the game is enjoyable but falls short of reaching its full potential due to the lack of competent opposition.
I think if any of the mechanics were ever explained, I might enjoy it. As it is, after being unable to figure anything out but the very basics after a few hours (even with extensive 4x experience) I have to say no to this one.
I hate this game. I love this game. It's awesome. Don't play it. I feel so smart until I have no idea what I'm doing. I don't know what a 4x is but whenever I see the Lumeris faction leader, I don't want 4x, I want 5G: Getting Gargantuan Gregarious Gayliens Gregnant. Every victory is the seductive harpsicord of a defeat you didn't know you signed yourself up for 20 turns ago until it's too late, so really it doesn't matter. Invade your neighbors. Make peace with your enemies. Invade them anyways. Spend 15 hours figuring out what a luxury deposit is. Speculate the galactic stock market. Go bankrupt. Bounce back. Go bankrupt harder. Win the game by accident. Discover alien trees that are committing peace. Engage in galactic-scale deforestation. You don't know anything until you die trying. In summary, I give this game an incredibly high score: 2/2
