Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.14/day in the week to Aug 26 → 18/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 13: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

i wish i could go back to the release of this game and experience it the same way again. for people who love space simulation, give it a go. I love this game, even if i done all my own goals, i always comeback to fly around and shoot some ships or go into farer space and explore some new systems.
I played a version of this decades ago. Was one of my favorite games. Just going thru training so far.
As a 197 year old I find this game enjoyable
I came back to this game having bought it a while back, and i could not remember why i hadn't played for more than a couple hours. I reset the charachter and started fresh, booted up the tutorials and got going. Navigation ok, landing and takeoff all good, controls are a bit confusing but there is a nice level of complexity to the game that is exciting to dive into. And then i started on the first combat tutorial. I quickly remembered why I had stopped playing this game months earlier. The flight controls are awful, the defaults unusable and the settings environment just dont make it easy to adjust to a more straightforward play style. Maybe straighforward controls are not even achievable, i dont know becasue i ran out of patience and have never got past the basic combat tutorial.... no other game has frustrated me to the point of wanting to smash my computer just to remind myself how to feel a sense of accomplishment.. Why are the controls so sluggish? I gave it a red hot go this time around, I scoured comments on this issue, changed settings and adjusted play style to try to meet the developers control style, but at the end of the day the frustration exceeded my desire to meet the learning curve, and so while it may in many ways be an excellent game (it looks really good), for me it is simply unplayable.
unplayable on PC with a PS4 controller. after days of trying everything on you tube i'm removing the game. gave one last try with DSX on steam and the Combo fix was a delete and full fresh re install. There was something wrong with drivers some how.
Love coming home from my real job to play my space job. Looks beautiful, plays well. Combat is pretty good, the work cycle is surprisingly enjoyable. Ship library is fairly large, thought the ships themselves aren't, with the exception of the fleet carrier. If frontier drops larger ships I will sell my soul. I love space.
I F*d up... When I first saw this game it reminded me of Escape Velocity, but in first person. That being the case I bought it, and bought one for my brother. Boy was I right, despite a steep learning curve on gameplay, the nostalgia is strong with this game. Life might only allow me to have 75hrs into this so far, but my brother... over 500hrs already and no sign of stopping. Highly recommend
