14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.14/day in the week to Aug 26 → 18/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 13: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Con lo poco que llevo en el juego no hay indicaciones claras de nada. Me e estresado mucho por no saber lo que hay que hacer para poder progresar en el juego. Y lo peor de todo que los tutoriales de youtube tampoco ayudan en nada.
It's one of those great games that you can dip in and out of through the years without massively missing out.
TLDR; The learning curve is brutal but it is worth perservering in this starkly beautiful galaxy sim. Full review: I picked this game up many years ago, after loving the original as a kid on my old apple IIe and having played the old PC version that was much like the original. This is not that game. The universe is truly massive, and space is really really really big. Unfortunately you find that out the hard way, when you first get into a few trading routes and fail to pay attention to how many light seconds (Ls) the destination station is from it's star where you get dropped in when jumping to a system. Even with the Frame shift drive (FSD) that greatly accelerates your ship's speed, much like every other game has in this genre, it can take you more than 30 or 40 min of a long straight boring flight if you choose your missions poorly. It was so boring infact that it was enough to make me shelve the game for several years. What was not made clear at all was that there is a alternative version of it that had an additional boost mode that solves this problem, or that the distance to stations was in the mission details that would at least let me avoid long trips. I haven't actually played any PVP so far so can't comment on what that is like - but there is certainly a well developed community out there, if the FuelRats community are anything to go by - these volunteers have saved my early game commander twice from a cold lonely death in space after having run out of fuel - when actually the cost of that death would in hindsight have been pretty minimal as I was still in my starter ship. It is also the first time in quite a while I have really heavily weightd the consequences of bumping off an NPC to get through a mission - the game makes consequences for this significant enough to make this aspect of the game challenging. The new expansion Odyssey has completely changed the game for me, and added to it the much missing element of being able to get out and walk around. What I didnt realise is how much more than that it adds too - with ground missions of various types like espionage, sabotage as well as skirmishes. It is the most worthwhile and game changing expansion I have bought for any game in recent memory, though even in this, the tutorials failed to explain critical things like exactly how to use the plasma cutter. (Thanks Gemini, for filling in the gaps) One downside I found with Odyssey is that in my very first ground combat mission, the game crashed just as I was getting dropped into the combat zone, so on restart I found myself in an empty base that quickly spawned a choice for me to enter one side or the other but left me clueless as to my objectives or what I was supposed to do. The map I was on was almost pitch black so all but impossible to see where I was supposed to be going or doing, and at the end of the skirmish the exit features didnt work, leaving me to figure out for myself how to summon a shuttle to get back to civilisation. Even then, it took two attempts because it was too dark to see where the shuttle was landing, and I had to leg it quite a distance away from the base on the second attempt so I could see it come down. Not a great experience. Later runs went much more smoothly. All in all, the developers have put together a remarkable and starkly beautiful universe that is approximately 1 to 1 scale with the real thing, and really makes you feel like you have dropped in the pilot seat of the real thing. I experienced a few ugly glitches with groundside missions (including one that benefitted me greatly when all the NPCs apparently had one foot nailed to the ground - they could shoot me but not move) but all in all I feel lile at 137 hours in, I am only barely just getting started in this game. If you are struggling to get into the game, run it in borderless windowed mode and ask one of the AI's (I have been using Gemini) for advice on how to do stuff - it's been very helpful and filling the vast gaps in in game explanations on how to do stuff. It's definitely worth perservering. I hope in future expansions the world building will continue and it will be possible to land on lush planets too, but that's another whole massive technical challenge to do in the level of detail they have made this universe so far. I'll update this review later after experiencing more.
U fly in space and shoot things
Very fun game. Runs pretty well too, although on foot gameplay could use some major performance improvements (maybe just a linux thing, doubt it). Of course, 1:1 Milky Way but that just means the star systems aren't as detailed as let's say Star Citizen, but who cares? I love pressing "J" 150 times to go from Gateway to Sagittarius A* with my 30LY ASP Explorer! And yeah surprisingly the game isn't dead, gotta love Frontier <3
this game is perfect but it could use sone achivements.
From starting on console and transferring to PC. Won't lie, I have breaks from this from time to time, but what game don't you. I always end up returning due to the vastness of this game! It is not for all, but those with patience and the strive to let your imagination loose, you are in for a real treat! If you are new and fancy a fly, drop a message! O7 CMDR
