Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.43/day in the week to Aug 7 → 4.43/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Incredibly fun and complex game
No. Why? Update 13. This is why. Roll to 12.0.7 if you get it.
Great game!
Really feels like Minecraft but more focused on collaboration and community. Being able and required to focus on your particular area of expertise and knowing it helps others and in exchange being able to buy useful things you cant make from others to help them makes the game much more interesting to me. Not to mention it gives you a good amount of replay ability given how many skills you can take. Theres only one actual goal in a given playthrough (destroy the meteor), so much of what you do is A. to reach that goal and B. in response to what happens in the player run economy/community. It would be nice if there were more game-created objectives or goals though (natural disasters maybe?). Its not perfect, but I have plenty of fun with it. I recommend finding a server/group to play with and lean into the "community works closely together to solve problems" aspect of things. I've found that having group meetings with your community every few days helps. It allows for plans to be made (add roads here, build this or that), needs to be discovered and fixed (raw food prices are too low, player X needs help building a house, general questions/suggestions about plans or the game, anything really), and helps forge a strong sense of community that really makes this game shine.
Obviously I have played this game a lot. I really feel it has a lot of potential and would do even better with a high population in the game. The game devs are constantly updating the game. My only issues usually involve the fact people leave servers too quickly but I do not know if that is something that can ever be fixed. If you are interested in this game I would tell you to get it but understand it has a learning curve and be prepared to ask for help or watch videos. It will be worth it if you play it.
Eco isn’t just another survival crafting game — it’s a living, breathing simulation of how civilization and the environment intertwine. Every tree you cut, every road you build, every law you pass has real consequences for the ecosystem and economy. It challenges players to think collectively, balancing progress with sustainability in a shared online world. The sense of collaboration is incredible — politics, trade, ecology, and technology all collide in ways that feel organic and meaningful. Whether you’re a farmer, scientist, or politician, every role matters. If you love games like Minecraft or Factorio but want deeper purpose and social depth, Eco is a must-play. It’s not just a game — it’s a lesson in coexistence.
Amazing game to play with friends. Starts off slow but once you’ve got a good setup and a system its all uphill.
