Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.

Look, if you are even considering a purchase of Madden, then you were either born yesterday or you already know that year over year....the game changes very little. Painfully, and comically, incremental changes come over years. Load the game up from 10 years ago, big difference from M27. Load it up last year and compare? The passing, the tush push, and some of the ui/presentation are the only stand out changes so far as I can see. With that in mind... I you have M26, maybe you can skip this. If the game overall being very similar is a pain point for you, definitely skip. Or go for College Football 27 instead. Or wait for the midseason/holiday sale. If the last time you bought Madden was M19 or whatever...this is highly recommended. You will find improvements in nearly every aspect of the game. My overall bottom line is to recommend. I thought I was gonna hate this new passing style, I always hate control changes....but I was wrong...it's growing on me. Even if I did, we can choose to use alternate methods in the options. I like the qb sneak mechanic. I do understand and agree with people who would like greater improvements year over year, but I also just really like this year's version of the game. As a franchise mode player, I noticed there have been some small but welcome QoL changes to the presentation and processes this year that make the mode less of a chore. I am not a true MUT player, but I did run through the training and some other challenges during the preorder playtime, and while the UI changes improve the navigation and speed of play, it still suffers the "I have all these cards and I don't know what can go where without destroying the world!" syndrome. The number of sets and cards is overwhelming with the current interface. I have not played against a real person in MUT mode as of today, so I can't speak to that part. One disclaimer as of 8/12/26: some folks who preordered and expected to get access early are reporting that tech issues kept them from playing. Other people in the Steam reviews are reporting various bugs and issues. Maybe check the official forums or the Steam discussion threads to see what the status is on those issues before purchasing. I have not experienced any problems, but that doesn't mean they don't exist for some hardware.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 6: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This is a tough one... PROS: -Turns my computer into a space heater -Added a new free agent frenzy event to make free agency feel more engaging -New contract negotiation CONS: -Turns my computer into a space heater -Contract negotiation is extremely complex -Resigning players requires a clipboard, calculator, and database on similar players contracts that you need to research and create yourself in order to propose a fair first offer -The Madden 25 incident where they removed the ability to create and play as a player in franchise mode to push out the Superstar game-mode still sits with me and haunts me in my sleep
glad i paid for deluxe edition to get got early access and cant even play an actual game. everytime i go to play an actual game it just stays on the loading screen.
This is really a really bad game. When I read the comments I thought typical Madden hate for a game that is copy and paste every year. I took 2 years off playing and decided to try for PC. This is my warning not to buy as I now have no choice but to refund. My PC controller won't work, the menus are impossible especially if the bottons don't work. I instantly tested my controller with other games and had no issues. What has been released is broken. Take the reviews saying so seriously. I only wanted to play franchise and it is unplayable. This company has taken so much from you people, its fan base and gives you nothing but garbage back. I will refund to make it year 3 now without giving EA my money. I will play my brothers version for free on playstation by sharing friends list. If you can find a way to play and not pay, i recommend you do so and maybe see if your controller will work, I still don't know if the game is any good, could not get through menus.
Madden 27 could’ve been good, but the experience is ruined by the constant server crashes. EA’s servers repeatedly fail mid game, forcing players to restart entire matches from scratch. It’s not a minor inconvenience it’s game breaking. Losing full progress because the servers can’t stay online is unacceptable for a AAA sports title. After multiple crashes, it’s clear the game wasn’t ready for release,
The only improvement is the time based catching, and the presentation. Except we had better presentation & immersion in 2011. EA cannot make a good game to save their lives. Wait until the end of the season when it plummets in price- then buy a Key because EA doesn't deserve your money. If you've got a console buy it used.
This is a rough game. Doesn't load controllers correctly, the game stutters and it's just not acceptable. How can you drop a game year after year with minor changes to graphics pretty much, yet still have the same bugs from 5 years ago.. They added micros into the single player modes, battlepass, xp locked behind money. Sliders just stopped existing and it's been hit or miss if the game even runs right for longer than a game or 2. Bad.
I loaded up the first Madden game I've decided to buy in yeeears to see if things have gotten better. Dear god. First training thing I load into when starting a franchise had me playing a DL rushing through 2 OL to get to the QB. It was a miserable experience that immediately had me raging at this game and the controls when "Engaged on defense". Second training thing I got to for a receiver just wont load. Just crashes the game for me over and over. I haven't had a game crash on me in years. WTF is this 70-100$ trash. EA is even worse in 2026 than 2016? Absolute joke of a company that had to literally buy out the rights to the NFL just so they could shove out regurgitated crap for 20 f'ing years.
The lag is insane, genuinely every loading menu is so slow. Constant glitches. Genuinely awful.
This game is an unfinished product and is the first of 1000+ games over 22 years as a Steam user that I am requesting a refund for. I've bought some games that sucked but I got what I paid for, or didn't do my due diligence and accepted it. I cannot in good faith let this slide. Phantom penalties (roughing the kicker means contact with planting foot. In this game running 3 feet in front of them apparently catches a penalty.) Receivers making catches that by rule shouldn't be a catch, as in not enough steps (sometimes zero in the endzone) before dropping the ball while standing. Strange graphical animation glitches that is not even present in College Football 27, a game that felt far more polished than this. In the first two drives I saw at least five game-balance breaking bugs or glitches. I can't imagine playing this both casually or competitively. Sports games at least need to pick one of the two. I'm not one to be influenced by mass negative reviews of games but this time they might be right.
