THE quintessential furry metriodvania. Compelling story, if a bit amatureish Great combat. Tho the bosses can feel weaker than some standard enemies sometimes. Fantastic visual style aside from the early 2000s school animation project looking cutscenes and slightly odd shading on some characters. Particularly Avgustin. The balance feels a little bit off. Feels like enemies hit you too hard and you deal too much damage to some enemies and not enough damage to others. But it's fine. I am playing on the hardest difficulty but even on lower difficulties you can get caught off guard by a giant taking out half your health in one hit. But like, the game was made almost entirely by a single person. For what it is, it's insane.
I got this game from a great friend of mine and i got to say so far in 3 hours i love it, the game itself is done amazingly, the art work and design is perfect. i love certain References from great games like Castlevania with the "Wall Chicken" and RE4 with the "buy it at a high Price" i would Definitely recommend this to anyone that loves stories like this and to find the secrets in this story of Dust.

This game fueled my childhood and made me the person I am today. I don't think I could have done what I have without what Dust and his friend Fidget taught me. I've never seen anything like it. It's a wonderful game well worth completing to 117% and is a masterpiece that will forever keep my heart whole. My soul is better off because of it, or rather, what two souls managed to turn into. Thank you, Dean Dodrill, for everything. I pray your family is living a peaceful and wonderful life alongside you, and that you are all better off even as of now.
