Just fun playing
Duskfade is a fun little platformer that's normally compared to Kingdom Hearts, except I'd think its more like Jak and Daxter with some Kingdom Hearts vibes like how the character moves, and the weapon they carry. The only downside I think is the combat, which i believe needs more work because most of the time you're just mashing buttons. Other than that, if you enjoy old school collectathons with an interesting story, you'll enjoy this.

Fantastic!
Wow...this game was both beautiful and prenominal from start to finish. I loved every minute of it (even if I stuck to the Apprentice aka Novice difficulty) and would play this again in the future on a tougher difficulty; [strike]maybe without playing it off and on for almost two weeks straight[/strike]... Fantastic graphics. Love the style of both environment and character models. Music was very good,
the music for the boss Wrath specifically was my absolute favorite,
even mentioned it in the Demo. Only down side that I could see is a few minor, maybe almost miss-able to most people bugs, like catch on lips, ledges, steps, rocks and sometimes the jumping walls and sometimes the camera was against me jumping over massive gaps to grapple onto things. An awesome note to add, before the recent patch today,
I managed to complete the end sequence from the "complicated" jump and the swinging pendulums before they were knocked down from death hit to minor hit. Proud of that one!
I also got 100% on both achievements and the game itself as of today! Good job to the developers, artists, coders and everyone else for putting together a badass game! That and love the call back to previous games throughout the early 2000's!
Massive KH fan and rocked the skins for most of the game!
If you crave PS2 platformer goodness then it’s for you.
That's a good game. It just feels good to play and looks gorgeous.
7/10 this game had good moments and bad moments. ups: the locations were fun, volcano, desert, underwater, burned forests, etc. the voice acting was good aswell. the characters worked well together, and the boss fights were fun, difficult, and different, downs: the combat is basically dodge and attack, that's all, it got teadious and boring very quickly. there are collectables you can find which include health upgrades, and time upgrades, but then theres like 5 collectables which are all cosmetics. Change the colour of your character, or bird, or sword. here a song from a collectable. If there is a sequel I hope they focus more on different combat, more upgrades and less collectables for skins, SlowFatWombat
