For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Dungeons 2 is a mischievous blend of dungeon management and real-time strategy that revels in its role as a playful villain simulator. Developed by Realmforge Studios and published by Kalypso Media Digital, the game openly embraces its inspiration from classic dungeon overlord fantasies while attempting to broaden the formula with a dual-layer design that lets you dominate both the underworld and the surface world. The result is an experience that is often charming and entertaining, occasionally messy, and consistently ambitious in how it tries to merge genres under a single, tongue-in-cheek vision. You assume the role of the Ultimate Evil, a disembodied force seeking to rebuild its power after being overthrown by meddling heroes. This framing sets the tone immediately, leaning hard into humor and self-awareness. The game’s most distinctive interface element, the so-called Hand of Terror, reinforces this tone by letting you literally grab, throw, and discipline your minions. You can scoop goblins out of bed and fling them toward unfinished work, smack lazy workers into productivity, or reposition units directly during moments of chaos. While this tactile control adds personality and a sense of direct involvement, it can also feel imprecise, especially when juggling many tasks at once. The heart of Dungeons 2 lies underground, where you carve out your lair tile by tile. Digging corridors, constructing specialized rooms, managing gold and mana, and ensuring your minions’ needs are met form the core management loop. Minions are not just disposable labor; they have morale, preferences, and behaviors that influence how efficiently your dungeon operates. Keeping them happy with food, beer, rest, and entertainment is essential if you want a productive workforce and a capable fighting force. Watching a bare cavern slowly evolve into a bustling, trap-laden evil headquarters is deeply satisfying and remains the game’s strongest aspect. Combat and defense within the dungeon are tied closely to this management layer. Heroes periodically invade, seeking to disrupt your operations and steal your treasures. Designing effective choke points, placing traps, and positioning your minions wisely can turn these incursions into profitable disasters for the would-be saviors. The balance between preparation and reaction gives dungeon defense a puzzle-like quality, where clever layout decisions often matter more than brute force. What truly distinguishes Dungeons 2 from its predecessors is its overworld component. Instead of remaining purely reactive to surface threats, you can send your forces above ground to conquer regions, assault human settlements, and expand your influence in real time. This shift transforms the game into something closer to a traditional RTS, with armies moving across a map, capturing objectives, and clashing with enemy forces. Conceptually, this is a bold and appealing idea, as it extends the fantasy of evil domination beyond the dungeon walls. In practice, however, the overworld layer is less refined than the underground management, with unit control, AI behavior, and tactical depth that can feel shallow compared to dedicated RTS titles. Tone and presentation do a lot of heavy lifting in smoothing over these rough edges. A constantly chattering narrator comments on your actions with sarcasm, genre jokes, and pop-culture references, framing successes and failures alike as part of an ongoing comedy. For many players, this narration adds charm and personality, making even routine tasks feel playful rather than tedious. Visually, the game adopts a colorful, cartoonish art style that contrasts the cozy darkness of the dungeon with the bright, almost storybook look of the overworld, reinforcing the lighthearted approach to villainy. Despite its strengths, Dungeons 2 struggles at times with usability and pacing. The interface can be cluttered, and issuing precise commands—particularly during overworld battles—can feel awkward. Minion AI is serviceable but inconsistent, occasionally requiring excessive micromanagement to prevent inefficient behavior. These issues are most noticeable during longer play sessions, when the novelty of the game’s humor gives way to the realities of its systems and controls. The campaign offers a steady stream of objectives that gradually introduce mechanics and escalate in complexity, providing a reasonable learning curve for newcomers to the genre. Multiplayer modes add replayability by allowing players to compete or cooperate in dungeon and overworld scenarios, though the same control and balance issues present in single-player can surface here as well. Multiplayer fun largely depends on tolerance for chaos and a shared appreciation of the game’s comedic spirit. Ultimately, Dungeons 2 is a game that succeeds most when it leans into dungeon management, personality, and humor, and falters slightly when stretching itself into broader RTS territory. It may not offer the tightest mechanics or the deepest strategy in every area, but it compensates with charm, ambition, and a clear love for the genre it riffs on. For players who enjoy building elaborate underground lairs, micromanaging quirky minions, and embracing a playful take on evil overlord fantasy, Dungeons 2 delivers a long, entertaining experience that is imperfect but undeniably full of character. Rating: 8/10
amazing game, i love the voice actor
If you want to start playing the Dungeons series and that is the most similar to Dungeon Keeper, than the second part is the way to go. The sense of humor is great, the camapign is fun. There's however not very much creatures to choose from and traps makes the game very easy.
