This game sat in my inventory for a long time regrettably, I never played it. Until just a couple of days ago I decided to randomly check it out, where it seemed like I HAD, in fact played the first couple of missions without remembering. But this time suddenly I got obsessed with it. and I played close to 20 hours in just a couple of days. Which is excessive. lol I like that it's pretty low stress. I couldn't see much of a tutorial and I had to teach myself to play, it felt rewarding. Once I learned you can just pick up all your soldiers and drop them anywhere the attacks got really easy to deal with. It definiftely scratches the building itch, although I probably nerded out too long crafting the rooms and hallways to be exactly what I wanted, and digging out all the gold and finding everything on the map, it's a big job. and the game mostly lets you except for the frequent attacks which you learn to manage. One thing I don't like is the path to proceed is not always especially clear so you have to guess (or find a YouTube video showing what to do) so it will end up seeming like the mission is glitched but you're just doing something out of order for what the mission expected. So it's a weird feeling and I spent a lot of time wondering what I should be doing. Also, as I discovered recently, the amount of gold on the map is finite, and acts almost as a time limit on how long you should take to complete the goals. It's all fine and dandy at first, but your troops take their pay every so often, and if you have too many, that's a lot coming out of your treasury for payroll. Try to complete the goals in the mission before the money runs out. Anyways great game I enjoy it, it's a weird mix of easy and challenging.
