I love some of the additions oin this DLC and don't regret buying it, it adds so much i wanted in the game to begin with.. but that's the problem, it's finishing the game to what it should have been at launch.. nearly 2 years after it released. I don't think i'd have minded these characters being added as dlc if this was part of the first wave. But waiting 2 years for classic dragonball content only for it to be bundled with a bunch of extra stuff that should have been in the base-game like custom intimates and the solo mode.. I can't recccomend this.
More than half the price of the full game with nowhere near enough content. Of the 30+ bonus characters, majority of them were expected at launch. Included alternate attacks and costumes were also expected at launch. New stages were nice but not only were all of these in the previous entry, they were expected at launch. The new game mode is interesting and adds replayability to the game. You know when it would've been more appropriate to release this mode? At launch, when the only single player content was story mode and custom battles. The more this game continues to get updates the more it's proven that we got ripped tf off. Rushed product with bits and pieces spoonfed to us years after release for ridiculous prices. Not the mention the balancing in the story mode. These are some of the most spongey, unfun enemies I've ever had to play against in a game before. Forces you to adopt a super lame playstyle and hope you get lucky enough that the ai doesn't vanish all your attacks. What a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke. Not including what would've thought to be essential characters, costumes, attacks and maps in the season pass 2 years after release is extremely greedy. There's a reason most of the DLCs for this game have negative reviews. Do your research, learn to place your money in companies that won't nickel and dime you and stop buying stupid ♥♥♥♥. Don't buy a product just to tell other people it's bad, unlike this dumbass.

many claim this dlc's purpose was to encompass the missing characters from past sparking/tenkaichi games. doesn't raging blast count? no ss3 vegeta (the cool one from Z, not the cartoonified ones from d*ima) no ss3 broly no tarble etc even if we just go by the mainline tenkaichi series, it's still missing characters, like arale and most of the great apes also, STILL no alt costumes (or even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ palettes) for most characters (like they had in the previous sparking games). you know how ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ easy it'd be to add alternate color palettes to the characters? there are mods that let you change things like RGB values on-the-fly in an added menu and you can make tons of alternate palettes in a matter of minutes. i can't imagine how easy it'd be for the actual devs to just add one or two to each character b*ndai, b*ndai, b*ndai... i'm almost at my limit here. when are you going to stop pushing out slop? is tekken the only product you actually give a ♥♥♥♥ about? everything else you make is either gacha mobage slop or half-assed "fighting games" with shameless amounts of jank. how did you manage to make such a sloppy sequel to bt3? bt3 makes sparking zero look like some dogwater unity engine indie slop you'd see on a bargain bin steam sale every other week. bt3 was snappy and the AI actually engaged in fun mechanics like beam struggles and ♥♥♥♥. it wasn't just a predictable vanish-spamming training dummy for learning how to counter. the ultra difficulty in sparking zero isn't even hard, it's just annoying. it's pretty much just a melee-and-vanish spam fest since the AI doesn't even try to use supers, so you're missing out on what's actually fun about the game. a bunch of rush attacks are STILL seemingly bugged because you will often use them only to have them whiff right past the enemy, even though they didn't vanish or even move out of the way, so your character just flies right by/through them like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥. this is one of the ways the game blue-balls you out of cool combos (which would have worked perfectly in a well-made game like bt3) this game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks, man. seriously. people say this dlc is what the game was meant to be from the start. i think that's pretty sad, because it's still a piece of ♥♥♥♥
Game remains extremely clunky. The mo-capped animations make the character models move like VRChat avatars. The new game mode is ridiculously hard. The AI dodges everything, relies on blatant input reading, and constantly uses cheap, unfun strategies. The endless loading screens combined with the horrid UI make simply navigating the game feel like a chore. The music is mid. Cool that they added new characters though. But no. The game still needs more time for me to be able to recommend it. Also ridiculous to not include this for those who paid $100,- for it to begin with. What a stab in the back.
I like the new content quite a lot, but it's probably best to wait for a sale
Should have been included with the Ultimate Edition / Season Pass.
Too expensive and mad rush attacks useless greedy and bad update.
Por 35 pavos mejor que venga Androide n18 y que me chupe la polla.
i like the addition of classic db fighters. im not a fan of the new mode or the 35 dollar price tag. the new episode mode stories also suck, by the way.
SSJ Bardock and GT Vegeta are locked unless I start a new save. Nothing has fixed it. I have not modded anything on this account since it is shared between my main and hand held PC. DLC is just crazy bugged.
