Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.71/day in the week to Sep 14 → 3.83/day in the week after.

Well, that just happened

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 29: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

WAY too many cut-scenes... I just wanna play my character!
A solid entry in the Dragon Age canon. Great characters and a fun story. I felt like this one escaped a lot of the bloat of DA Inquisition, felt more finished than DA 2 and is obviously much more modern than DA Origins. Despite the world hopping, the game managed to make me feel attached to some of the locations while keeping the world big and diverse. As ever with DA, there were feels in spades.
Crashes EVERYTIME
WAS DOING THE TUTORIAL, JUST FINISHED AND THE GAME CRASHES....WTF IS THIS.
Origins is dated and janky, but still good by modern standards. DA2 was obviously low-budget, but felt fine. DAI was and is incredible. DA:O was intended for 17-year olds. DA: Veilguard was released in 2024, which means the average player who was interested in Dragon Age is hovering over ~30 years old. Despite this it feels like I'm playing a game targeted at 8-year olds. The Veilguard feels like someone made a mod for Fortnite and then hired a bunch of second-screen writers. Every relevant piece of information is repeated 15 times, and characters feel more like caricatures that feel faker than a cardboard cutout. Mechanically speaking the combat feels smooth, but companions are no longer meaningful contributors and customization has dropped down to practically nil. This results in a game that manages to look both better and worse than DAI with worse writing than any of the games that came before targeted at an entirely new player base. If you're like me and you want to know how it ends then go for it, but I cannot otherwise recommend buying this game. This doesn't feel like Dragon Age at all. You'd be better off watching a youtube summary.
