I am giving this a downvote because of the price vs content ($15 full price at the time of this comment). There are 60 levels of puzzles here. I got this because it seemed like a set of mini escape room style puzzles. However, I was hoping for a lot more complexity than what was here. A lot of the puzzles had pieces right next to what they went to. But, a few were extremely obscure (compared to the others) that they didn't make sense the first time they appeared. It took me around 6 hours to complete the game. If you can get it on a decent sale, it is a relaxing enough game. But, I cannot recommend this at $15 price. There is no replayability. So, once you complete it, that is it.
Improving on the previous game, Boxes; Doors provides a longer adventure with more content that any fan of the first game is sure to enjoy. Surprisingly creative and fun, the player can easily past the time solving the intricate puzzles required to advance from level to level while persuing the story of the main characters journey of discovery. For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Just an ok puzzle game creative level designs but the puzzles themselves get boring, only about 8 of the 50 ish levels are memorable
feels like a mobile game with little to no challenge, maybe buy it on sale if this looks really interesting to you but $15 is waaaaaaaay too high
It's an okay game, with not to difficult puzzles.
It's fine. Not excellent, but fine. Decently entertaining to solve the doors, the theming is fun. Not very cohesive as a whole, and many of the puzzles are uninteresting.
Hardly any of the puzzles are remotely challenging. The only challenging aspect of some puzzles is trying to figure out what the developer wants you to do which isn't fun at all. Then there's hidden object aspect of the game where you guess where the developer hid most of the required objects which isn't my cup of tea. Lastly, several of the mechanics aren't consistent at all - sometimes you're spinning a dial, other times you have to click to have the dial move; sometimes you're sliding doors open, other times you click the door to open it. The only thing about the game that's a positive is I suppose it's slightly satisfying to finish which is probably why I saw it through to completion. People looking for a puzzle game, look elswhere. If you're looking for a pretty chill point and click game with easy puzzles, then this is the game for you.
