Avoid at all costs. Devs and moderators behind this game are extremely unprofessional and biased. They do not respond properly to constructive criticisms of their games and will ban you if you leave honest feedback or point out issues. The community for the DK games is extremely toxic also, when it has no place to be considering how small it is. Doorkickers was apparently abandoned for the second game(see review for that). It still has a ‘Coming Soon’ section in the campaign that they decided to never finish. If you really must play it… sail the high seas for this one.

More of a puzzle than a tactical-based, real-time strategy product; many scenarios incentivize players to complete levels in one go, with one man, with one plan, all the while without pausing. Optional, but this subtracts from tactics and cohesiveness in favor of one-solution strategies that can be repeated despite the randomly-generated set enemy positions. Since players are not going to know specifically where enemies could be or will travel, typical trial-and-error methods are employed when dealing with scenarios and needless revisioning is common due to slow reaction speeds from player-controlled units, hidden enemy units, or team members getting stuck on odd geometry. All in all, the game can only be seen as a SWAT-themed jigsaw puzzle that gives players the illusion of choice while intentionally and unintentionally deterring them from it.

Terrible game, great concept. The gameplay loop is so mind numblingly poor, the tactics are very one dimensional and get dry very fast, most of the time the interactions are random and it has no sense of weight.

Door Kickers is a tense, tactical gem—fast, smart, and rewarding. Planning and executing SWAT raids feels sharp and satisfying. A must-play for fans of real-time strategy.

在写此测评之前，我得先表示：我最初玩的是盗版游戏 以前在网上看到一段视频，讲的是韩国的指挥官去玩某个叫做《破门而入》的游戏（也就是这个），那时候就感觉格外有趣，后来在某网站上下载了盗版款（因为那时候没有电脑更没有steam），虽然是破解版，但还是很困难，这也充分证明了其硬核性（补充一段：我的盗版游戏时长比正版高出不知道多少倍，很抱歉Killhouse游戏社）。毋庸置疑的是，本人从儿时就极其钟意策略经营类游戏，譬如《前往中世纪》那样的游戏，而《破门而入》游戏中用星星来换取新武器的创意也很新颖有趣 总结：如果你买不起《破门而入2》，请尽情揉捻你的钱包，然后去买它，但是《破门而入》同样好玩！同样好玩！
