Developed by id Software, and originally released in 1993 and 1994, the definitive, newly enhanced versions of DOOM + DOOM II are available as a combined product.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 6.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 9.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

CHILDHOOD CLASSIC WE DOOMIN IN THIS HOUSE FRFRFR
I don't think I can rate this game, mainly because of what it's done for the entire gaming industry and any FPS that followed. I recently replayed it, and it got to a point in Doom 1 where the Johns were just trolling with level creation. Then you get to Doom 2, and you're like, "man, these guys really are sniffing their own farts." If it wasn't for the Super Shotgun, Doom 2 would be unplayable... but what the Super Shotgun adds to the game is massive. It doesn't change that the levels are absolute trash, but it does make blasting enemies fun. Add on all of the memes with "Doom now runs on x...", this game was originally shareware that was downloadable ON THE INTERNET IN 1993, and you had to what, mail in money for the "DLC" (extra episodes)? Just amazing. A buncha renegade mid 20s devs doing what they enjoyed and thought was cool. So while I'd probably rate these games low because of how insufferable the levels eventually became, I can't because of what it's done for the industry as a whole, and really the early days of id and what they were doing. Absolutely recommend reading "Masters of Doom" because it goes into all the behind-the-scenes drama and how id developed... reads like a movie script.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This is the best official release of the DOS doom games hands down, and it's a steal for $10. For this pricepoint, you get: -The first 2 doom games with several quality of life enhancements -Several options for the soundtrack including remixes and alternate FM patchsets -Online multiplayer -Mod support (Requires you to use a Bethesda account) -The option to play the original games via DOSBox -Concept art -A metric ♥♥♥♥-ton of side content beyond the main 2 games: (Master levels for Doom 2, Final Doom, No Rest for the living, Sigil 1/2, Id Deathmatch Pack 1, and Legacy of rust) -The WAD files easily accessible if you want to use a community source port. For what you get here, it is very much worth the money if you are new to classic doom or want to play it again, and is the golden standard for modern remasters (And because I bought the old, much less cool original steam version of doom 1, the upgrade was free!)
its doom. also doom 2. and a few other stuff. 10/10 no notes
bon jeu
Reject modern games that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ suck, embrace traditions and play good games.
DOOM is an amazing old-school shooter. The graphics are old, but the gameplay is still fun. The weapons, music, and levels make it a classic. also i like the dos version
