Doom 3 to jak mieszanka horroru z kompletnym analnym terrorem, jak grasz na trudnym to jesteś ruchany przez każde stworzenie jakie w tej grze istnieje.
Jogo injogável nos dias de hoje (2026). O jogo não tem resolução adaptada para os padrões atuais. A resolução, mesmo em 1024×768 ou superior, ainda tem aparência de monitor de tubo. A falta de suporte para resoluções widescreen prejudica bastante a experiência, pois a imagem não se ajusta à tela inteira e o jogo acaba ficando com uma área de exibição pequena, cercada por grandes bordas pretas.
