It's pretty fun to run and slash enemies. The art and music is very very good. And the bosses are fun to fight. Admittedly though, it does feel pretty bare bones to what I expected the game to be. As far as I know, you can't save and there isn't any progression outside of runs. It does feel unpolished in some aspects, like the controls and levels. But I'm fine with it. I'm more happy that it's been released now and I can play it. I think anyone who was interested in this game should give it a shot.
I honestly don't remember backing the kickstarter. From the little time I have played it, it's been a mixed bag. On one hand, the visuals are absolutely gorgeous, but on the other hand I don't understand at all where I am supposed to be going. This would be fine if exploration were enjoyable but the combat doesn't really feel that impactful nor does it feel there's a considerable amount of weight behind your swings despite the fact you're gonna be lugging around swords many times your size. I tried playing it on a Playstation 4 controller and as others have mentioned, only keyboard/mouse inputs work when you die so that's super annoying considering the game expects you to die over and over again given the roguelike gameplay. Plus, you need to adjust the dead zone otherwise your character will just keep running left or right constantly. Even then, it never really feels like you have adequate control over him because it always feels like there's a delay between when you let go of the joystick and when he stops sliding. Maybe I need to adjust the dead zone a bit more but regardless, I just can't find myself enjoying the game as is until these things are fixed, at the very least.

The game that finally swore me off of supporting anything on Kickstarter for the rest of my days. I feel bad that it didn't work out the way the dev wanted, but that doesn't change the end result.
The game is a bit too esoteric for my liking. Difficult, nice graphics, no save feature. Grinding for tougher weapons is a bit boring. There is absolutely no direction towards going to the next level, where the boss gate is, no significant exposition... Dying will cause you to restart the game. A bit too harsh for my liking.
I am sorry to say that this is not a good game. I was excecting something else from what Eric Mack showed us through the years of this looong Kickstarter. The character is a pain to control, this is not fun at all. In a game like this, to feel that you're not completly in control of your movement (AND especially in a fast paced combat game...) is a big mistake. Their is no tutorial (in 2022 really ?), keyboard is useless in this game, and the artstyle is such a mix of so much things that is barely readable. It look more like a prototype than a 7y of dev game.
It looked so good, it took so long and i can't into controls at all.
7년간 공들여서 만든 감성빼고 모든게 나락감
Abandonware... after 5 years of wait and its crazy that this is the outcome. I know that its a solo dev, but abandoning the game in this state just seems rough. The visual is pretty but the overall gameplay is just... meh.
Don't care for the controls.
