Will not correct their mistakes The app had a major glitch wiping out the progress of players pin pack collections. Several of the pins I had collected were from purchases made with real money. I have not been restored in full. I sincerely consider this theft. Do not download this game or give Jam City a cent of your money. When they mess up they will be more than happy to keep your money and refuse to properly compensate you.

Extremely frustrating game. Pointless unless you spend real money So trying to finish any events in this game is completely pointless unless you pay actual money. It’s impossible to finish them unless you’re unemployed and have all the time in the world to play, but also somehow have the money to shell out and buy diamond boxes so that you have the lucky emojis to play all the way through events. I end up being more angry and frustrated than I actually have any fun playing. Oh, and not to mention, any progress you do make, might just be taken away at any moment (that actually just happened) and they aren’t in any hurry to fix the problem. I’m just done.

Lost pin pack progress Due to a system malfunction on DEB I and numerous others lost all of our PIN progress. This was not caused by any action on our part. I have opened numerous tickets with no response. The lack of response to reach the team is unacceptable.

Not even a pay to play, it’s gambling! And it’s highly addictive!! This game used to be super fun, really great for Disney fans to get all nostalgic, and frankly, they are adorable. But be warned!! The addiction, the absolute and utter disappointment will rear its ugly head soon enough! They make it impossible to finish any events because of the required emojis and those emojis are impossible to get because it’s all based on chance and they are dubbed rare to get anyway. It is luck of the pull. Not even luck anymore as some players, despite spending lots of money trying to get certain emojis never seem to be able to attain them. But even the common characters you can spend in-game coins on are hard to level because of the leveling system. One emoji is level one, but the next level you have to pull 2 emojis to make it a 2, level after that? You guessed it, it increases the amount of pulls every level..It never ends. Back to those events, to play you need a certain level of the particular emoji not just the rare one, so you may not be able to get through the event if it’s not a high enough level. Everyday they frequently interrupt and tempt you with pop ups to buy diamond boxes with “limited time only so you can complete the event” type deals. But it’s a box with chances of pulling this or that emoji, not a guarantee. And ironically enough, this diamond box you have to spend real money on is the same box offered as your prize at the end of the event (free after finishing)...like what’s the point there to earn what you already had to spend real money on? The sheer amount of money that you have to spend to get anywhere in this game is insane. It wasn’t always like this. The stardust challenges? Promises to earn more rare emojis in a new way! But it’s more gems, more money, more temptations. The progress you get with that disappears every time the challenge ends. There’s a monthly sale too, tempting more goodies only if you buy. There’s a cascading sale, as well as a pin collection now too…It just doesn’t end.. it’s exhausting trying to learn too many facets and even trying to explain the so called benefits, they aren’t benefits they are temptations at mere chances, not actual guarantees. I’m so fed up with the greed. Honestly, this really isn’t a free app, and not even a pay to play, it’s straight up GAMBLING because you may never get the emojis you are spending money on. Don’t fall into this trap, more importantly a glaring warning to parents, don’t let your kids fall into this trap. It’s highly addictive and they know it. This game will cost you. It’s designed to keep you spending money, it’s designed to keep you locked in the game. Beware.

Perfect Game Ever since my wife and kids introduced me to this game I have enjoyed it and love earning the emojis. Love the matchups with other emojis and love that it is a Disney game.

Emojis don't work i mostly got this game so that i could use the emojis, but they don't even work!! when i tap on any character on the Disney Emoji Blitz Game section in messages, it doesn't do anything!
