Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Sep 7 → 0.86/day in the week after.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

You're Extinct!!! Dinos are cool. There's great suspense when you're running down a hallway and a dino bursts in that is way faster than you, racing to the end. And then quite literally with a classic Capcom chase sequence I never felt either over or under equipped, there was a good balance throughout the game where you have to slowly learn the mix system and juggle inventory. When can you afford to use some ammo to take out some dinos, and when you just need to serpentine.
unforgiving
Glad i've finally experienced it
This game holds up surprisingly well to this day. I had an absolute blast playing it. Everything felt very nostalgic, even if I never played this game in the past. The dialogues are cringe but charming, the puzzles and exploration are quite fun, dying does not feel punishing at all and even allows you to regain health to give you a fighting chance, and the graphics in this port are quite pleasing, putting into context its original release date. I cannot stress enough how silly the dialogues were, but with some amazing one liners as I expected from games from this era. Probably my favourite line in the entire game is said right at the end by Regina "End of the line for you, handsome. You're extinct!" as she blows up a T-rex. The plot is nothing mind-blowing, but remains intriguing throughout and held me in suspense at quite some moments. In terms of gameplay, the game strongly emphasises puzzle-solving rather than survival-horror aspects. If you manage to find enough plugs, the game feels like a breeze with sufficient items to take out enemy dinosaurs. However, miss a few hidden plugs, and the game becomes much more challenging, especially towards the end. My first playthrough felt quite balanced, but I know my second playthrough will be a breeze. Something I did not expect was enemies following you into different rooms if you decide to evade them. The first time it happened, I nearly wet myself thinking I escaped, just to realise I was utterly screwed as the music ramped up to a climax. I also loved the fact that you could choose to take on different sub-missions during the story siding with Gail or Rick depending on which approach you like more. The game also lacks a little in terms of variety: since you keep exploring the same building on the island, you experience very little different locations that do not feel as distinct as they could have been. Additionally, enemy variety is also quite limited, except for some variety near the end. Boss battles are basically fully absent, except for one final boss of the game that consists of you standing still and launching grenades (at least in the ending I got). In this port of the game, you also should avoid tabbing out of the game since it can freeze the game, putting your PC in a chokehold and having to forcefully restart it. I am incredibly grateful that I could experience this game though. It really had me hooked from beginning to end and I look forward to replaying it with infinite bullets and the little kill mission mode.
