Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 24 → 5.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Din’s Champion is a sidescrolling 2D action RPG in a highly dynamic fantasy setting. The world waits for no one; as you are exploring and collecting, crafting and building, planning, the forces of darkness are amassing power and executing their own designs. Left unchecked, they will unleash devastating consequences! Will you find strength in numbers, building a massive town with an army of dozens or even hundreds of NPCs, gathering enough resources and resilience to survive whatever crisis is thrown your way? Or will you strike out alone against the evil, relying on your own skills and strength to prevail?
Truly vast character customization system, with dozens of classes, each with their own skill-trees, strengths and weaknesses. Craft and equip the best gear with different stats and perks for your perfect warrior!
Multiplayer mode lets your friends join in the fun; survive, thrive, and push back the forces of the evil gods together!
Mighty and varied enemy forces, always scheming and striking and escalating. Monsters can plan ambushes and even instigate uprisings! If you do not work to stem the tide, you will be overwhelmed.
Every choice has consequences. Who will you stop to save? Will you focus on curing the deadly plague or will you gather resources instead? Every moment has a hundred different possibilities!
Stone and clay; trees; walls and mountains and the ground beneath your feet; if you can see it, you can take it! Gather resources wherever you go, both in the foreground and the background, allowing you to craft all sorts of powerful items, potions, buildings, and more! But be judicious: all the time you spend gathering stones is time the enemy spends gathering strength!
A massive variety of enemies– hundreds of different monster-types to be found in different biomes, with different abilities and behaviors, coordinated by powerful bosses with a will of their own! Monsters do more than just wait around for you to come kill them, and they don’t simply seek you out, either. The forces of darkness will concoct different strategies as you play, trying to lure you into deadly ambushes, pilfer your resources, spread plagues and curses throughout your town, or keep you busy long enough to build up power and unleash a devastating cataclysm!
Sums Steam only; GOG publishes no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

the dev makes the greatest living breathing simulation games. I can only wish one day SOLDAK and the KENSHI devs will fuse together and make the greatest game of all time. This game is a breathing world if you're into games where you exist in it and it keeps moving with or without you. get it.
At its core this game is terria with an RPG class system bolted on. Most content, skilltrees and assets are just reused from the devs previous game without any changes. The concept of building a base that gets copied over to new worlds is a cool overall. While I am inclined to forgive quite a lot of jank for indie games I can not recommend this game. Negatives: -Performance is horrible in multiplayer even on high end systems. Fully single threaded and poorly optimized. -Crashes frequently. Once deleting our base and progress -Balancing is all over the place. Some classes get like 20x dmg, some get nothing but kill themselves while casting -You can not fully reskill. So your char is bricked if you get wrong stats or subclasses. -gameplay is very basic and repetitive. There are some monsters. Kill them Thats it. -Controls are bad -severe lack of quality of life features like, deposit an item is NUM_LOCK_ENTER. what?. You can not scroll through your hotbar items with mouse wheel. -Crafting is okayish but you lack ressources to craft anything meaningfull compared to finding random stuff. In 22 hours I had enough ressources to craft 4 medium to bad items. All beaten by an average vendor item. Overall it is still fun for a while with friends. But it is just so poor quality overall that I can not recommend it. Many issues could be solved with just one short playtest and a couple of dev time.

I'm not a fan of 2D games, but this one is definitely something unique (as far as i know). While you're building a base and completing quests - the enemy grows stronger and prepares to crush you to pieces. The enemy can also sabotage & send spies to your base/town in order to wreak havoc on your defense line (and it is you who will solve all these problems by completing tasks and reducing the enemy's influence in certain areas of the map). As you progress through the game and level up, you'll unlock new skills and classes (each character can have 3 classes), increasing replayability. Which is perfect! This game also has a semi-hardcore and hardcore mode which will definitely give you an adrenaline rush during the gameplay due to the possibility of permadeath of the character (I am currently playing on normal difficulty but will definitely try hardcore). and ye, i know this game might seem unusual (i thought so myself until I tried the demo), but here I am, lol. I will continue playing this game, that's for sure.
Gameplay is comparable to a cross between Terraria and Tales of Majeyal. It took me and will take most players a decent amount of time to grasp the games concepts and depth. It's not geared as much toward a casual pick up and play. This is a positive for some people and a negative for others. I do not find the UI confusing at all and I haven't had a single crash, I know some people have complained about those things. I'm not sure what people want from the UI, maybe less of it? a game with less content? not really sure, it's all pretty crystal clear to me. As a whole it's a little rough around the edges but unlike a lot of games like that this one has a charm and depth of soul to it that makes me want to recommend others to try it out. It benefits from an open mind and an attitude that you are playing something with a lot of structures more similar to traditional roguelikes that don't exist in other platformer OWSC games.
A lot like Soldak's other games, you kind of have to get past the production quality. It's kind of low, and there's no way around that. But there is nothing else really like them out there - the world is alive in a way very few other games can manage. There's a real sandbox going on here, and the core RPG gameplay is solid. if you're an existing Soldak fan, this is a no-brainer, this is Soldak's best game since Drox Operative.
The game has made strides since I reviewed it two years ago, but I still struggle with the platforming and “terraria” side of the game. https://youtu.be/8nNqUO4M_Go
This game is fantastic. If you want to play something in the same vein as Terraria but with much deeper and unique RPG elements to it then this will be something that will appeal to you. Really enjoying it so far.
Gameplay feels odd at first but you get a feel for it quickly enough and the sheer build variety keeps it plenty interesting.
Looking great, lots of updates, cannot wait for 1.0
game looks dope and would normally be my jam but i got filtered out by the god awful fog and im not ashamed to say it, that is an abysmal feature/event, it went on for 45 minutes straight and followed me underground even after closing it off
