Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.86/day in the week to Sep 3 → 6.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Hacker’s Memory: Was a fun (for some time) JRPG. Characters are really distinct like Ryuji Erika Chitose these are the main cast but some other ones like Yuuko Fei Yu Yuugo Matayoshi Date etc. they all are different and that is really good and makes a story much more engaging to follow but main story of Hacker’s Memory is so BADLY paced out like holy ♥♥♥♥ (it’s not as bad as FF7R where I kid you not around half of the game you spend in sewers or canals or bridges). For example you are doing a really good progress in the main story and next quest is helping your former school win a test (or something like that) it’s a main quest. If it was a side quest it would be fine but it ISN’T and most of the quest are: Step 1 Accept and talk to customer. You and him talk and there are two outcomes 1 where he sends you a URL and you go to mini dungeon or 2 where you are teleported and continue talking or going around asking people. Even if it’s outcome 2 it comes to going to EDEN and finding place where you need to attend to. Step 2 Approach the target and talk. Step 3 Fight and defeat the foe. Step 4 Talk and complete the quest. It’s borderline the same pattern over and over again but on the bright side you need to think about it to see it cause they hidden it really well so it’s not as bad as I depicted it. Digimons are really fun to evolve just to see what kind of crazy evolution you will see this time and it’s the best part of the game just to see what crazy abomination will come after evolution like dragon but with guns or hydra or robodragon etc. Really fun. There is also an NPC to help you know what to do if you get lost her name is Mirei and she is in a place where you evolve buy some stuff farm and other thing so called DigiLab really fun elements and other stuff some what SMT level of evolving but much less deep not as barebones as P3R for example but not as deep as SMT5 somewhere in the middle. Combat is okay? Reminds me of Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu. At first you one shot or 2 shot everything for 70% of the game and then suddenly everything is tanky as ♥♥♥♥ deals brick of damage and is unfair in general spoiler to one boss here
Digimon who controlled Yu was such a BS to fight he could just straight up confuse your digi and you couldn’t do ♥♥♥♥ and just wait and look when one of the stopped being confused what a BS and it was the first fight my first digi squad died
. Progression is quite bad cause as I said before you one or two shot everything and in my eyes it’s really bad especially in a turn based game but later it the game it’s just a BS play on Normal if you are going to. Now something I don’t mention at all graphics and it’s not like I can’t play a game that looks old or bad but here it looks cheap I don’t know why but most characters use same animations some models repeat itself REALLY often but it doesn’t mean all characters have same animations like Ryuji have some distinct ones Erika Fei etc. But background ones are just made so cheap and side quests make it even worse if you do 5 you probably saw every single background character animation in the game and I don’t think it’s a good point. Story have ups and downs like Erika parts are great but other times like “main plot twist” you can see in first hour of game but game will reveal it 20h+ later and other plot twists have same problem really generic and predictable. Ending
It was a joke I get it Erika couldn’t be saved but it reminded me of E33 ending choosing Mael or Verso side. This ending is literally Mael side to live in a fake world there was painted here is digitalized really sad they went with it really underwhelming
. So is the game worth it? Yes on sale but it’s not for everyone and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone as a first time JRPG or Pokémon alternative. I would normally say try 110 minutes and refund if you don’t like it but the beginning is like 2-4h long so yea. Only recommending this to JRPG fans but normal guys who don’t like non engaging turn based combat would just bore to death cause if you one shot most things at the beginning in turn based game where is the fun? Also it have 2 games I only revied Hacker’s Memory and haven’t played Cyber Sleuth so keep that in mind and I will come back to complete the other one. 7/10
