Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 17.57/day in the week to Sep 10 → 198.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I really love Diablo, but this game... I simply can't recommend it, I really wish it was at least decent.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 1: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Ive been playing Diablo 4 since released on battle net and have recently switched over to steam. The latest expansion has been top tier and has slowly started to bring this game back to feeling like actual diablo. This review is for the current form of the game, not at release obviously. Graphics - Beautiful. Dark and gritty, with some warmer areas. Diablo 4 looks fantastic visually and really sets itself apartment from Diablo 3. They definitely returned to the some what darker gritter tone similiar to 2, but not quite going all the way. The detail of the armor is insane, the horses, the pets. Everything is highly detailed and you see every bit of it. The world is gorgeous and as explained before, feature areas that are warm as well as dark. Overall its solid. Music - The music is good and it hits when it needs to. Otherwise its a standard Diablo experience. Story - The expansion definitely helped the games story ALOT. Story was a weak part of Diablo 4 for a long time in my opinion, but with lord of hatred, it has helped tremendously. Definitely more into it now than before. Gear and Loot - They have improved the gear system a ton since released. It feels rewarding, it feels fun and it feels engaging. The return of the horadric cube also makes for some fun item building and farming. The upgrade system is solid with the black smith also and allows you to aim to min/max everything on you. Combat - The combat is super fun for all the classes. I genuinely enjoy playing all classes in this Diablo, which was not something i did in previous ones (although it was only like 1 or 2 i didnt enjoy prior). My favorite is the druid and barbarian personally. Build Customization - The build variety in this game is very well done. There is a lot of potential builds for each class with different capabilities for different scenarios that you will find here. There is constant balance changes being made to try to keep the classes as balanced as possible. CONS The live service elements - Ive hated this since the start of D4. Its so obvious their goal was to turn D4 into the retail version of Diablo immortal. while not as egregious as that game, its still there. The constant seasons and battle passes etc are all very annoying for me personally. I dont mind the seasonal content but to have it tied to a bunch of items locked behind a battle pass that you will miss unless you max it out every 90 days is very annoying. It makes the game feel rushed, when sometimes I just want to play as my already maxed out character and push the limits of that character. This is just a me personal thing and i dont expect everyone else to feel the same way, i just would have rather seen a fully fleshed out D4 with no live service nonsense in it. Overall Diablo 4 is a solid game NOW but has a troubled history that cannot be ignored. Hopefully they continue the way they are going with this recent expansion and dont revert back. Thanks for reading.
To me this doesn't feel like Good Ol Diablo at all However, it is a great "Switch Your Brain Off" fun casual game if it wasn't the beyond absurdly WAY overpriced Shop items.. Id say this is a great game... But the greed is just too much... No way a broke sack of bone like me can afford 40$ outfits... So i will never buy a single bundle.. Yet if they stopped the BS greed.. and dropped it to 10$ or less Then with time.. i would easily spend more then 40$ in the store... Squeezing your belt for a 10$ purchase is doable.. But you simply cannot ask a poor person to throw 40$ around in a single purchase... Ill never understand how dumb these companies are with cash shops... Lower YOUR F(*&# PRICES and TRUUUUST ME YOULL MAKE "MORE" Money
Dont know what was the plan for this. Its aint no diablo, feels like some mid AAA game money grab whit no pasion
I waited years to buy the game, because I am so disappointed in Blizzard, it's fallen so low. However, I gave it a try and I was pleasantly surprised. It's just a new Diablo. I'm not into min-max, PVP, or achievements. I just wanted to play the campaign. The graphics are great. My two biggest complaints are, it is way too easy, and references to old changed or removed mechanics. I can see that many things have changed or been removed but they are still referred to in game making it confusing. I had to continually look things up because I thought I was missing something, only to find it had been changed or removed. Blizzard really needs to clean up this mess and remove all references to these old mechanics and change the campaign to reflect the current state.
Diablo 4 now sucks and won't play have never had a problem until the update I have deleted the game and will never play it again I think it might have messed up my PC not worth it made all icons disappear and froze Steam too. What is going on is there a virus in the game. I even reinstalled it that was 30 minutes wasted 156GB file size for a game that won't play. And restarted windows about 10 times and I have the newest drivers. All other games work good.
The game was released in 2023 and they are already pushing out Diablo V. lmao embarrassing. Why not just continue to fix and change Diablo IV? It just makes no sense. Why should anyone trust the next installment when Diablo IV was treated the way it was? I'm giving it a NO for that alone.
Okay, I haven’t played it enough yet to say whether the game itself is good or bad. But there’s one thing I can already say: ♥♥♥♥ Blizzard. When Diablo 4 came out, I read tons of reviews and comments, and it was almost ridiculous how many things people loved about Diablo 3 had simply been removed. Why spend so many years making a sequel while basically thinking, “The fans are wrong. We know better”? And then comes the most Blizzard thing imaginable: remove a bunch of features people liked, slowly add them back later, and expect praise for it. No. You don’t get applause for fixing problems you created yourselves. The sad part is that I’m actually a huge Diablo fan. I loved Diablo 3. Was it the best Diablo game ever made? Maybe not. But once they fixed it, it was damn fun, and at the end of the day, that’s what matters most to me. I miss the old Blizzard. The Blizzard where it felt like the first question was, “How do we make an amazing game?” Now it feels more like the question is, “How do we make a game that earns us as much money as possible?” Blizzard used to be one of the biggest and most respected names in PC gaming. To me, they’re not anymore. And that’s why I have a hard time recommending that people blindly buy Blizzard games. Because every time we accept this and buy anyway, we’re basically telling them that their strategy works. And then they have no reason to change.
