A fun point & click adventure. Very playable. Looking forward to the next one
It starts off very easy, but do not be put off by this - the game's third episode is relatively long and complex. All puzzles are inventory-based, and seasoned veterans should have no trouble with the puzzles as long as they visit all locations and notice all interactive spots, which can be highlighted with space-bar. I would prefer to have all controls on the mouse, but this is only a minor gripe. Scene-specific developer commentary can safely be turned on even on the first run, as the developer gives ample warning to click away if he is about to spoil something. There is no teleport to location exit, but the character does speed up upon double-click, and the scenes are not too big. Keep in mind: there is some resolution in the ending, but the game ends with a mysterious threat looming over the heroes, and the next game in the series will not be a point-and-click adventure game but an action-platformer.

Enjoyable adventure game styled after an episodic cartoon. It doesn't always get the balance right, episode 3 has way too much backtracking in it's many many puzzles whereas episode 4 feels a bit rushed. Still, loved the setting, style and characters. More of this series please!
The game is a hidden gem of the old school point and click genre. The art style is beautiful, clear and consistent. The controls are very good. I really liked chapter 3. Don't expect too much sci-fi and space. The story is incomplete.
This game is one of the best adventure games I've ever played. I liked everything about it. The gameplay, the story, the characters, the humor, the art-style. This game is a lot of fun to play. I wish there were more adventure games like this.
What a surprise! This game was far better than what I was expecting. In fact, it was really fun to play! The puzzles were the perfect difficulty level and the story kept things very interesting. Totally worth the price, on sale or not. If your a point and click fan, add this one to your collection, you won't regret it.
Dexter Stardust: Adventures in Outer Space is a light and non-demanding point click adventure. The puzzles are never that challenging, but it’s still an amusing title that will draw a few laughs from you. You can tell the developer has an affinity for the classics of the genre with all the different Easter eggs scattered through the chapters. All things considered, Dexter Stardust is great choice for those days when feel drained and just want to play something fun and familiar without exuding much effort.
