Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 23.14/day in the week to Jul 30 → 4.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Yet another game in the genre with a mind numbingly useless map. You can only place markers after zooming in - that took me until the end of my play to figure out. The entire room autofills so it's impossible to know where you've been vs where you haven't. There are map elements that are mixed between being a POI with a function and meaning nothing. There is such a varied amount of save points by biome. Some have many and some have barely 2 leaving annoyingly inconsistent runbacks. No controller rebinds. The down and up view shift is not instantaneous. Some of your currency is permalost on death. Are we kidding? The movement and gameplay are snappy and the visual design choice looks great, but the utter uselessness of the map is a real mood killer. I don't understand why, in a genre where the map functionality is a core element to the idea of exploration, the metroidvania space CONTINUES to struggle with the point of mapping and providing functionality to the player.
A fun and engaging metroidvania, which while not reinventing the wheel does every aspect well enough that you don't need it to have done so

saved my marriage. thank you.
I really wanted to play and like this game, but it's just not good in its current state. My main issue is that the game just feels really unfair and the controls feel unresponsive. Every time I try to turn using the controllers joystick it just snaps me back to the direction I was facing originally. Dodge roll also doesn't register like 50% of the time and I am left wondering how I got hit even tho I pressed dodge well in time. Shooting feels weird and you can't change the keybinds on the controller. Many enemies also feel incredibly unfair. Respect to the dev for dropping the price, but the game feels way too unresponsive and frustrating for me. I hope these issues will be fixed in the future so that I can finally enjoy this otherwise wonderful game but now I am considering a refund due to all these problems.
What an Amazing Metroidvania game! The combat and bosses are absolutely peak and the music is Really Good. Would Recommend.
After a bit of a delayed launch hiccup, it's here and it's glorious!
Dewdrop dynasty is actually such a fun game. I have a biase as I've played many Metroidvannias but I think dewdrop stands on its own as a great game. First of all the area aesthetic is phenomenal. Each area is visually distinct and beautiful. The enemies are very unique and although most of them only have one or two attacks, they still feel like a part of the world and make each area feel different to traverse. Overall the regions that are in the game are vastly different and pretty polished, making the world fun to traverse. The bosses are good. Some of them need little tweaks before they'll be perfect, but I'm sure that might happen in future patches. The bosses I've fought themselves are very unique and creative. The music is surprisingly good. The region music are all bangers, and enhance the vibe of an area. The downside to the music is there's not a lot of it, and some areas like the dig site don't have unique music which can make them feel empty. But for the most part the soundtrack is good, it doesn't compete with silksong or deltarune but it's still up there. Overall I haven't finished the game but I'm pretty close and I know I'm going to be getting a lot of playtime from this game. I recommended to people looking for good Metroidvannias.
It's pretty good
