Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 23.14/day in the week to Jul 30 → 4.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

REALLY GOOD GAME THANKS FOR THE AWSOME GAME
Now i only have 1.9 hours and only defeated 2 bosses but a quick bad review is needed. It is a mixed game for sure. The game is very polished in the art department everything have life and is nice to look at. The story is ok very simple premise. Thats kinda it the animations are nice and art is good and game design is relatively good but there are some bad things. First off the price which is 20 bucks. It is not worth 20 bucks the game isn't. Maybe the time spent on it is but the game is not. It is a short metroidvania that is like 5 bucks more expensive than HK and is only like 8 hours I think and might be shorter. Now Hollow knight is a game that has been released for almost 10 years. Dewdrop dynasty has been in development for like 5 probably and there is less content and some stuff that isnt there that should be. Like controller support anyone like me with longer fingers and bigger hand sin general will feel strain after an hour of playing and games like this should be played with a controller anyway. There is no in game controller support and you cannot ma things to mouse button so no shoot on your mouse. The game also has small things like not being able to look up and down in a platformer making blind jumps you cannot see. Also wall jumping kinda sucks don't know why there isnt coyote time and why no one playtesting this game didn't bring it up but there is none so you must be hold in the direction of the wall to wall jump which sucks. The MAIN issue is the price like I said it is not worth 20 bucks there is too little content for 20 bucks. You would rather underpay for content than overpay but in this state 20 bucks is not worth this. It very much surprised me that it was 20 bucks and not a reasonable 10 bucks. In a economy and time where indie games are praised for their price this one missed the mark and I think that is the biggest issue. Fun game tho now go drink water.

Here is my honest review. The art is beautiful, the characters are quirky and interesting. Though some aspects of the game can be confusing. For example needing certain items to open doors but not being told what you require. Some bosses are fun but most of them are really hard to read. Even after many attempts of learning their attacks I still find myself getting hit because the boss isnt making itself clear enough on what it is doing. Some of the hitboxes feel a bit off as well, I found myself walking into things that I feel shouldn't have dealt damage but did. Certain things just feel frustrating. I wish it were a bit more clear as to the health of bosses etc. Despite all the critisim, I am enjoying the game. I love the art, I love the style and story. Despite the game only being out for a few days at the time of this review, I think Goodgis is doing a great job in fixing bugs and listening to the community and should be proud of what this game has become. I look forward to more updates and also finishing the game!
So the game crashed 3 times in 18 minutes. 2 times from a dialogue box and one time when I opened the map. It may be computers problem but any other metrovenia I played and finished didn't crash once. I enjoyed the gameplay so far but in it's current state it's currently for me absolutely unplayeble. Edit: I tried to play again but it crashed... again.
Dewdrop dynasty is actually such a fun game. I have a biase as I've played many Metroidvannias but I think dewdrop stands on its own as a great game. First of all the area aesthetic is phenomenal. Each area is visually distinct and beautiful. The enemies are very unique and although most of them only have one or two attacks, they still feel like a part of the world and make each area feel different to traverse. Overall the regions that are in the game are vastly different and pretty polished, making the world fun to traverse. The bosses are good. Some of them need little tweaks before they'll be perfect, but I'm sure that might happen in future patches. The bosses I've fought themselves are very unique and creative. The music is surprisingly good. The region music are all bangers, and enhance the vibe of an area. The downside to the music is there's not a lot of it, and some areas like the dig site don't have unique music which can make them feel empty. But for the most part the soundtrack is good, it doesn't compete with silksong or deltarune but it's still up there. Overall I haven't finished the game but I'm pretty close and I know I'm going to be getting a lot of playtime from this game. I recommended to people looking for good Metroidvannias.
What a cute fun game, I finished it around 10 hours and 70% completion, there are still some things to do but can already say it, if you like metroidvanias, just give this one a try, just go.
This game was interesting. I beat it after about 7 hours of playtime and there are definitely some ways this game could improve. It's obvious it takes a lot of inspiration from Undertale and Hollow Knight, however, it plays very different from both. This game has a really nice soundtrack, a cool artstyle and characters, very unique and distinct areas and interesting and fun gameplay mechanics, However, it does involve a lot of backtracking, some times I would be running around for 30 minutes unsure of where to go next. It does feel a bit disjointed. The game also lacks necessary QOL features, I believe it needs more fast travel locations especially with the constant winding paths to get towards cities and such. It also doesn't correctly map your custom controls and I would have to move using WASD and then move around on the map using the arrow keys. There is also a limit to the pins that you place on the map that isn't stated in the game itself. All things I think could be an easy fix. Regardless, after 7 hours of playtime, many unique and fun bosses, I made it to the final boss just for it... to be over in 1 minute? It felt really disappointing especially with all the work that was required to make it to this point. I would like the game to be harder, and not with the caveat of only having one life as is the hardest difficulty. All that said, this is a very fun game that introduces unique ideas with many similarities to Hollow Knight and Undertale, it has a unique artstyle, a good soundtrack, fun gameplay, I just wish the bosses weren't so easy and underwhelming. Overall, a fun experience.
Absolutely Incredible is all I can say. A bit expensive but overall an AMAZING game with a very appealing retro style, unique abilities and fun gameplay with good music. A must buy for me.
Great game. really cute artwork with fluid controlls. and runs on just about anything
After a bit of a delayed launch hiccup, it's here and it's glorious!
