Detective Grimoire

A nice easy quick point and click detective game, where you have to solve a murder. I enjoyed it, and got through it pretty easily in an afternoon. A character also implyed they were reoccuring and now Im keen to see if there are other games with this detective to play.

[h1]A Charming Mini-Murder Mystery[/h1] Ideal for people who just want a short high-quality experience. Not ideal for those who want a big challenge, as it is very approachable in its difficulty and more for cozy or first time point-and-click adventurers. [h2]Down/negative[/h2] The game is short. Very short, even compared to other entries in the genre as well as its sequels. Repeated dialogue lines if a character does not find an object interesting/they are not part of its puzzle. Leading to weird stuff like a character saying “I do not know what that is” when presented with a rifle. [h2]Up/positives[/h2] Essentially everything else. High quality in characters; style, personality and voice acting. Logical puzzles and no punishments for mistakes. Very easy to track progress for 100% achievement. Overall decent sound and setting. So yeah, definitely an up, just do not expend to spend many hours here.

I really like the characters designs, along with their voices and the story. The mechanics aren't that hard, but I like that it takes some thinking to connect the dots between an clues and suspects.

We need so many more games like this....I hope they make 100 sequels
