Server Disconnection it make it almost unplayable!!! On WIFI is a total disaster.......

Only bungie game ive played too bad the leadership and sony killed it deserved better

I will miss this... I've played for years and met countless friends as a result of playing the fantastic raids in this game. The gunplay is second to none. The build-crafting is super fun. The music... the environment... the lore... No other game can fill the Destiny hole in my heart.

Destiny Veteran player since 2014, there are so many ways that this game falls short of Destiny 1, and it is NOT worth playing as a F2P, so maybe dip your toes in and buy the collection on sale for 25. Same as Warframe, I don't suggest a player go in alone without a mentoring player. A lot of newer mandatory systems (guardian rank, etc.) are not actually that welcoming or easy stepping stones for players. As soon as you clear campaigns, have buildcrafting components and aren't barred off of good loot by guardian rank the game is in the best state it's ever been, you'll have countless activities to do and basically all of it contributes positively to your progression. This was the largest edge on Destiny 2 that Warframe ever had, aside from insane buildcrafting. Most Fomo aspects are gone, if not all the ones that truly matter. Kind of funny that the game had to have an End of Service update to get to this point. You may find yourself doing the weekly chores, similarly to what Warframe recently adapted. Destiny 2 evolved into a more buildcrafting focused game, kind of like a diet Warframe with better shooting and a more coherent (not by much) story to grind through at the start. The game definitely won't last forever and has an entry price.

"Never let people tell you that this is a good game" - Friend of mine who plays the game religiously My opinion here is honestly more reflective of the company than the game's quality. The game itself is fun, Bungie knows how to do gunplay... Buuuuuut the game's live-service. Even if there's no new content being made for this game anymore, you'll still have to splooge out a lot of cash if you wanna play the actually fun parts of the game. Also. the game doesn't run on Linux for no other reason than Bungie locking you out via a BattlEye config option that they could switch at any time if they so chose.
