Oh man this game. brilliant and absurd and deep and makes me want to go in again with no memory of doing it.

Do not wake the yellow sleeping dragon.

What a stellar entry into this genre of puzzles. The story was absolutely phenomenal, with a good demonstration on how to create intriguing puzzles that tie into the lore, while dropping tons of foreshadowing without revealing some of the great twists at the end. The puzzles are genuinely smart, and it paces well to teach you the rules in advance so you have everything you need to work through. The only times I felt "stuck" were a couple of moments I missed a small symbol or reference that feels obvious in retrospect. The horror elements are well executed and never cheap, they all service the feeling of dread and the story of how Desktop Explorer impacted the lives of people around you. By the end, I was genuinely moved by the resolution. Great game, fun puzzles, awesome story; looking forward to what comes next from this studio!

As someone who knows nothing about computers, I am actually, and always have been a sleeper agent for the worlds most infamous hacker groups. 9.9/10. because it's lowkey a lil SPOOKY

A creative take on the desktop detective style of game. Takes basic computer functions and crafts them in very engaging puzzles. The very strong and heartfelt story elevates everything into a fantastic experience. Awesome game : D
