Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Demolish & Build 2017 is a construction and demolition simulator developed by Noble Muffins and published by Demolish Games S.A., offering players the opportunity to build a business around one of the more unusual concepts in simulation gaming: tearing things down before creating something new. Instead of focusing exclusively on construction management or highly technical engineering systems, the game combines heavy machinery operation, company expansion, property investment, and destruction-focused gameplay into a sandbox experience centered around growth through demolition. While rough around the edges in several areas, it manages to create an entertaining progression loop that rewards persistence and appeals strongly to players who enjoy machinery-driven simulation games. The premise places players in charge of a developing demolition company beginning with smaller contracts and limited resources. Early assignments focus on straightforward objectives such as removing walls, cleaning locations, preparing land for future projects, and completing entry-level demolition work. Over time, completing jobs generates income that can be reinvested into equipment upgrades, property purchases, and company expansion. This gradual sense of growth becomes one of the game’s strongest qualities because progression feels tangible throughout the experience. The demolition systems naturally serve as the center of attention. Buildings do not disappear through simple scripted animations or automatic completion sequences. Structures collapse through direct interaction with machinery and demolition tools, creating satisfying moments where planning and execution combine effectively. Knocking down walls with heavy equipment or bringing larger buildings to the ground delivers a rewarding sense of impact that keeps even routine assignments enjoyable. Vehicle variety strengthens that progression significantly. Players gain access to multiple types of machinery designed for different responsibilities across demolition and construction operations. Bulldozers handle terrain work and lighter destruction efficiently. Excavators allow more versatile demolition and excavation capabilities. Larger cranes support transportation and heavier structural work. Specialized equipment expands possibilities further, encouraging players to invest earnings carefully while building a more capable operation. Unlocking new machinery creates one of the game’s most satisfying progression systems. Early equipment handles smaller assignments effectively, but larger jobs require increasingly advanced tools capable of managing more demanding projects. Expanding available options creates a stronger sense of advancement because improved equipment directly influences efficiency and opens opportunities previously unavailable. Beyond demolition work itself, company management introduces another layer supporting long-term engagement. Players are not simply completing disconnected assignments one after another. Earnings contribute toward business development through property purchases, operational expansion, and staff management systems. While these mechanics do not reach the depth of more specialized business simulators, they provide enough structure to reinforce the feeling of building something larger than individual contracts. The open-world design further supports immersion by allowing players to physically travel between locations rather than navigating purely through menus. Driving machinery and company vehicles across the environment creates a stronger connection to operations while helping assignments feel like part of a larger business ecosystem. The world itself may not be massive, but the additional freedom helps prevent progression from feeling overly confined. Heavy equipment operation sits somewhere between arcade accessibility and simulator realism. Machinery carries noticeable weight and requires some adjustment before becoming comfortable. New players may initially struggle with certain controls, particularly when operating larger equipment, but the learning curve remains manageable compared to highly technical simulator titles. This balance allows the experience to remain approachable without completely sacrificing mechanical identity. The destruction physics contribute significantly to the game’s appeal when functioning properly. Watching structures collapse under pressure creates satisfying visual feedback that reinforces progression and encourages experimentation. Some demolition moments genuinely capture the appeal of operating powerful machinery capable of reshaping environments through controlled destruction. However, technical limitations occasionally interrupt that enjoyment. Physics inconsistencies appear periodically, vehicle behavior can feel awkward during certain situations, and occasional bugs create moments where systems behave unpredictably. These issues do not completely undermine the experience, but they remain noticeable enough to affect overall polish. Visually, Demolish & Build 2017 prioritizes functionality over presentation quality. Vehicle models receive respectable detail and help support immersion during machinery operation. Environmental assets and surrounding locations occasionally appear simpler by comparison, creating moments where visual consistency feels uneven. The overall presentation remains serviceable rather than visually impressive. Audio design performs adequately without becoming particularly memorable. Heavy machinery sounds provide appropriate feedback during operation while environmental audio supports the slower pacing expected from construction simulators. Sound design fulfills its purpose effectively, though it rarely becomes a standout element of the experience. The game’s greatest strength comes from understanding what makes demolition satisfying. Operating massive machines carries appeal on its own, but Demolish & Build 2017 strengthens that appeal through progression systems that continuously reward improvement and expansion. Larger contracts create larger rewards. Better equipment increases possibilities. Company growth reinforces long-term motivation. The gameplay loop remains engaging because progression consistently feels meaningful. Repetition occasionally becomes noticeable during extended sessions, particularly once players settle into efficient routines. Some systems reveal less depth than their concepts initially suggest, and technical roughness occasionally prevents stronger ideas from reaching their full potential. However, beneath those limitations sits a simulator with clear ambition and a gameplay formula capable of delivering enjoyable long-term progression. Demolish & Build 2017 succeeds because it embraces an unusual niche within the simulation genre while building enough progression systems around that concept to maintain engagement. Noble Muffins delivers an experience that may lack polish in certain areas but compensates through satisfying destruction mechanics and rewarding company growth systems. For players interested in heavy machinery, sandbox progression, demolition work, and slower-paced simulation experiences focused on building a business through hard work and controlled destruction, Demolish & Build 2017 offers a surprisingly entertaining experience despite its imperfections.
