a wonderful game if you can get it running

Ive played this as a kid and still enjoy it to this day ya its a underrated classic but i love it wish they would do a reboot on it

There's an easy fix to get the game to work on newer systems, don't believe reviewers who say otherwise. All you have to do is rename a file that only affects multiplayer (which you won't get to use anyway). It's $1.74 on sale and it's an absolute classic, just get it. I first heard about this game in a decades old pro review of Civilization 2 gold and that's still the only time I've ever heard of it somehow. I can't think of a better turn based strat game from back then except obv Civilization. Oh, it's a real challenge too, even on the easiest difficulty setting I bet you'll lose your first try.

The game doesn't start after the intro. It is not working

As others have stated, it either doesn't work, or you have to do some file manipulation that "might" work. But that fix isn't guaranteed, and you also don't get all the game sounds or music. Save your money.
