Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Sep 8 → 2.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

There's nothing much to say. If you liked the original, you gonnae love seeing the improvements they've made. You should probably wait for a discount, though, you're not missing out on *that* much if you've already played the original. btw: I think complaining about not having the erotica points anymore is pure stupid. The game isnae unplayable without it, man, come on.
NOT PLAYABLE FOR STEAM DECK EVEN ON LOW DETAILS AND 30FPS DONT BOTHER

13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

game plays great, but it isn't worth putting sketchy russian DRM on your PC to play it.
was looking for to this, unfortunately the stuttering and overall feel just don't capture the original. If you're going to play the first game the original is the way to go. I wish I could refund this lol
Graphics are nice and I enjoy the uncaped frame rate, but the censorship takes so much away for me. I wish I could just say neutral, but I really do enjoy this game. If this is your entrance to Dead rising its fine but please look into the differences from the og
Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster breathes new life into the iconic zombie survival game that originally captivated players with its unique blend of open-world exploration, over-the-top combat, and dark humor. As a remastered version of the classic Dead Rising, this edition brings improved visuals, enhanced performance, and quality-of-life upgrades, all while preserving the core experience that made the original a cult favorite. For fans of zombie games, or those looking for a nostalgic yet fresh take on a beloved title, Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster offers a compelling mix of frantic action, strategic resource management, and a richly detailed mall environment to explore. From the moment you step into the zombie-infested Willamette Mall, the atmosphere is charged with tension and chaotic energy. The game’s story follows photojournalist Frank West as he investigates the outbreak, balancing the urgency of survival with uncovering the truth behind the mysterious zombie apocalypse. The narrative unfolds through various missions and timed events, adding a layer of urgency and strategy to gameplay that encourages players to plan their routes carefully and prioritize objectives. This time management element distinguishes Dead Rising from other zombie games, as it forces players to make tough decisions about how to allocate their limited time between rescuing survivors, gathering supplies, and advancing the story. Visually, the Deluxe Remaster significantly upgrades the original game’s graphics, bringing crisper textures, improved lighting, and more detailed character models to the forefront. The enhanced visuals help immerse players in the sprawling mall setting, where every store, corridor, and food court area feels alive and packed with interactive possibilities. While the graphics don’t quite match the fidelity of modern AAA titles, the improvements are substantial enough to make the environment more vibrant and the hordes of zombies more terrifying. Performance has also been optimized, resulting in smoother frame rates and more stable gameplay, which is especially important given the large number of enemies that can appear on screen simultaneously. Gameplay in Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster remains as frenetic and inventive as ever. The game shines with its diverse arsenal of weapons and makeshift tools, allowing players to combine items in creative ways to fashion everything from chainsaw golf clubs to explosive frying pans. This emphasis on experimentation adds a playful and often hilarious layer to combat, rewarding players who explore the environment thoroughly and think outside the box. The melee combat system is intuitive but also demands quick reflexes and tactical awareness, especially when facing increasingly large and aggressive zombie hordes. Additionally, the game’s enemy variety—from shambling zombies to terrifying psychopaths—keeps encounters fresh and challenging throughout. The survival and exploration aspects are deeply integrated into the gameplay loop. Managing Frank’s stamina, healing injuries, and ensuring he has enough ammunition or weapons requires constant attention, adding a layer of resource management that heightens tension. The inclusion of numerous side missions and rescue operations encourages players to explore every nook and cranny of the mall, discovering hidden areas, collectibles, and characters with their own unique stories. This exploration rewards curiosity and provides a welcome break from the main storyline, contributing to the game’s longevity and replayability. One of the defining qualities of Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is its signature dark humor and campy tone. The game balances moments of genuine horror with absurdity and satire, creating an experience that is as entertaining as it is thrilling. The quirky characters, bizarre enemy designs, and exaggerated violence combine to make the game feel like a wild ride that doesn’t take itself too seriously. This tone helps keep the tension manageable, allowing players to enjoy the chaos without feeling overwhelmed by the horror elements. While the remaster brings many improvements, it is not without minor flaws. Some of the game’s older mechanics, such as the timer system and certain AI behaviors, may feel dated or occasionally frustrating to modern players. The controls, while generally responsive, can sometimes feel clunky compared to contemporary action games. However, these issues are relatively minor and do little to detract from the overall enjoyment, especially for those who appreciate the game’s nostalgic charm and unique gameplay style. In conclusion, Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is a successful revitalization of a classic zombie action game that retains all the elements that made the original beloved while enhancing the experience with modern visual and performance improvements. It offers a thrilling mix of strategic time management, inventive combat, and engaging exploration set in a richly detailed and memorable environment. For fans of the series or players looking for an action-packed, humor-infused zombie survival adventure, this remaster is a must-play that delivers both nostalgia and fresh excitement in equal measure. Rating: 8/10
