Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 3 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I had DOS Cyberia years ago, and it's one of my favorites. But my Steam Cyberia doesn't run smoothly. It's a bit choppy, and makes it difficult to aim in places like flying through that tunnel where I have to shoot the trucks. Is there a way to smooth that out? Running Windows 10 64 bit with 16G ram.
Cyberia is a science fiction action-adventure that reflects the bold experimentation of PC gaming during the mid-1990s. Developed by Xatrix Entertainment and published by Interplay Entertainment Corp., the game blends cinematic storytelling with action, exploration, and puzzle-solving in a futuristic setting where advanced technology threatens the balance of the world. While it clearly carries the design philosophies of its era, Cyberia remains an interesting experience for players who appreciate retro games that prioritized atmosphere and narrative alongside gameplay. Its unique mix of genres allows it to stand apart from many of its contemporaries, making it more than just a relic of gaming history. The story follows Zak, a skilled but reluctant hacker who finds himself involved in a dangerous mission centered on Cyberia, a secret technological project hidden deep within the frozen regions of Russia. What begins as a mission to stop a catastrophic weapon gradually unfolds into a larger tale of espionage, military conspiracy, and futuristic science. The game's narrative succeeds by maintaining a sense of urgency throughout the adventure, with cinematic cutscenes helping to move the plot forward. Although the dialogue and presentation reflect the storytelling conventions of the 1990s, they still manage to create an engaging world filled with mystery, high-tech inventions, and constant danger. Cyberia separates itself from many traditional adventure games through its diverse gameplay structure. Instead of relying exclusively on puzzles or combat, it frequently alternates between several gameplay styles. Players explore environments, interact with characters, solve environmental challenges, and participate in fast-paced action sequences that demand quick reflexes. Various vehicle-based missions further diversify the experience, placing players in control of futuristic machines such as advanced aircraft and specialized technology designed for unique objectives. This constant variety helps maintain momentum, ensuring that each chapter introduces something new rather than repeating the same mechanics from beginning to end. The game's presentation was one of its strongest selling points when it originally launched. Pre-rendered environments, cinematic camera angles, and full-motion storytelling were impressive technical achievements at the time, helping create an immersive science fiction atmosphere. While modern players will immediately recognize the dated visuals, there is still an undeniable charm to the game's artistic direction. Snow-covered military installations, futuristic laboratories, industrial complexes, and advanced machinery combine to establish a convincing cyberpunk-inspired setting. The soundtrack complements these environments well, using dramatic musical themes to enhance moments of suspense, action, and discovery. From a gameplay perspective, Cyberia can be rewarding but also demanding. The puzzle sections encourage players to think carefully and observe their surroundings, while the action sequences often require precise timing and quick decision-making. Some encounters may feel unforgiving by today's standards, particularly because the game lacks many of the convenience features found in modern releases. Trial and error occasionally becomes part of the experience, especially during the more difficult action scenes. However, those willing to adapt to its classic design philosophy will likely appreciate the satisfaction that comes from mastering each challenge and progressing through the story. The Steam version serves as an excellent opportunity for both returning fans and newcomers to experience a classic title without the technical hurdles associated with older PC games. Its compatibility with modern systems makes it far easier to enjoy than the original release, preserving an important piece of gaming history for a new audience. Although its mechanics, interface, and controls reveal their age, they also provide insight into a period when developers were actively experimenting with cinematic storytelling and genre-blending long before such ideas became common throughout the industry. Cyberia ultimately succeeds as an ambitious adventure that values creativity over refinement. Its engaging science fiction setting, memorable narrative, varied gameplay, and cinematic presentation continue to offer entertainment despite the limitations of its era. Players expecting modern mechanics may encounter moments of frustration, but those interested in classic PC adventures will discover a game that was willing to take risks and explore new ideas. It remains an enjoyable journey through a futuristic world where storytelling and gameplay work together to deliver a memorable retro experience. Rating: 7/10

С большим удовольствием прошел эту игру, одну из первых что играл на PC. По прежнему поражаюсь, как для 1994 года можно было создать нечто подобное, с таким сюжетом и такой графикой. Прямо насладился, как я наслаждался редкими играми в 90х.
Really cool retro game, took me back to my infancy, now I finished it in 3 hours but really enjoyed it. I still even remembered some of the puzzle solutions. I always loved all the jet sequences.
There are no directions, manuals, or explanations.. you just have to figure it out. It's hilarious how much you have to die to get it down.
Cyberia is one of the best games released in 1994 and is one of the very best DOS games. It is very original in what it does, the different gameplay styles it combines, and has an excellent soundtrack.
I felt the game was just boring
