simple and dark controller roguelike!
Heads and shoulders above others for the roguelite gameplay. Tight design and everything just works so well together. Love the random events as well to change it up a bit while speeding up meta progression to gain skulls. Double thumbs up for this hidden gem!

I bought this on sale a while ago, and I'm surprised I put it off for so long. This is a top tier Rogue-Lite and I've been playing the living crap out of it the past week. At times, it's so stressful and chaotic but for some reason I enjoy the anxiety and it puts me on edge in a good way. The corruption mechanic makes this very unique and every action has a consequence. There are also compensations for each decision too, which I like. I liked it so much that I decided to buy a physical copy and it wasn't too expensive either. This sure as hell beats all the overpriced and overhyped Triple AAA junk by a long shot. If you like Rogue-Lites as much as I do, then you gotta check this out. I find it very addictive and I keep coming back for more. I definitely pulled off a bunch of all nighters binge playing this. You can also play as the Dead Cells guy but I haven't been able to do that yet. I just gotta get better. I love this game, and I think you will too if you're into the genre. I highly recommend it.
