Beat Challenge 49 in under 3 hours (including failed attempts in 1 sitting). Witch talisman combo stacks messed up my FPS. 100% achievements in 14 hours 10/10 will reincarnate again.

Approximately "slightly better than average" in my opinion. I'm someone who has played more of this genre than I'd like to admit, and a large part of what this game does well is theming. I'd love for more games to take a stab at the Chinese fantasy wuxia/xianxa aesthetic, but sadly so few are around! This game combines survivor RNG mechanics with a Binding of isaac map layout, and a pretty good aesthetic. Unfortunately, meta progression is sparse and getting a good build can be a bit obnoxious due to RNG. Enemies very quickly spiral into health sponges who can insta kill you if you're not careful, but you'll get a few hours of satisfying gameplay until then, and if you're a masochist you'll get even more!
