About
CS Manager is a deep and tactical eSports manager game. Build your team around player roles, skills, and cohesion, then test yourself in an advanced match engine that will challenge your tactical understanding of the game. Only the best get to the top of the circuit!
From the most elite pros to the unorganized amateur leagues, choose your team and take them all the way
Option to create your own organization with your own nationality, and work your way up from the very bottom
Your choices and priorities are not limited to players, you must deal with staff, the expectations of your owner, finances, and much more!
Pure skill is not everything when signing players. For the best setup, you must take roles, maps and positions into consideration
Your team's cohesion will depend on each player's personality, the languages they can speak, and the decisions you make around them. The most resilient players can handle a tough schedule with lots of travel, while you must carefully plan your events and matches around others
Watch your team in action on 8 different maps, each with its own characteristics and tactical quirks. Your timeouts and instructions are played out in real time, and your success depend on them
Choose your in-game-leader, sniper, the pace at which your team plays, how to attack and defend each site, and decide on many other tactical elements to optimize your teams approach
Mastering all maps at the same time is tough, prioritize depending on your teams abilities, and your players preferences

很不错的cs经理模拟游戏,值得一个支持
amazing game. 1000% better than current available alternatives. devloping with good speed. the main pitfall is the lack of licensed team names but that can easily be solved with a mod from the workshop
booor ganz ehrlich?

Made with passion by a solo dev for 3 years. And it fulfiled my desire of a football manager style CS game. Sure its $20... but it is a solo dev. Go and support them
If you enjoy FM and love esports, you will absolutely love this. Having played tons of Esports manager type of games in the past, finally this game surpassed my personal great of all time (Esports Club). The game has a very accurate portrayal of VRS system, ability to create your own tactics, as well as makes you think heavily before each roster change as to not destroy the synergy and making sure everyone likes to play their positions (as it impacts that individual player's performance). One of the nuances that I also liked, is the ability to manage your own calendar, accepting invites/declining, joining qualifiers. If you are not careful enough you can overlap Online and LAN tournaments at the same time, which is accurate, but player burnout is also a factor, impacting team's performance. The community seems very active (dev himself replies a lot and considers feature requests actively) and the workshop contains custom databases, making the game simply fun to play. However, the only two drawbacks I can think of at the minute is price and graphics. The price seems quite steep for a game like this, although I do not regret spending it on the game. Perhaps 25-30% decrease in price would help in obtaining more player base. As for graphics/UI look, well, they are not great. But also you can get used to it, so its not a major issue, although I can see someone being slightly discouraged by it. All in all, if you are looking for a CS esports manager that is actually good, definitely pick this one up. Very much looking forward to future updates and development of the game.
I like the concept of CS Manager, but right now many problems stack together and make the game frustrating for the wrong reasons. The main issues are: - Map geometry and utility do not always behave like real CS. Some sightlines and grenade interactions on maps like Dust2 are very different from the actual game, which makes real CS knowledge misleading. - Footstep awareness seems extremely weak or nonexistent. Enemies can run loudly behind players and they often do not react at all. - Gunfight RNG feels too extreme. Very low-rated players can suddenly chain multiple headshots and wipe much stronger teams, making player ratings feel unreliable. - T-side AI often groups all five players and rushes one site. CTs then take repeated 2v5 fights instead of delaying, falling back, rotating, or preparing retakes. - Flashbang AI is poor. Players often throw flashes directly at enemy positions like HE grenades instead of using proper timing, line of sight, or entry synchronization. This frequently blinds teammates more than enemies. - Eco-round logic is especially bad. Players use pistols like they are playing a normal full-buy round, feed one by one, ignore dropped rifles after getting kills, and sometimes try to save worthless starting pistols. Eco, force-buy, weapon recovery, and saving should have different tactical logic. - Starting players can retire too early. At the amateur level, money and recruitment options are already extremely limited. Losing one or two starting players before proper replacement options are available can make it difficult to even field five players. - Starting map familiarity is far too low. It is especially strange to see an entire CS team with less than 20% familiarity on maps like Dust2. Amateur teams should have poor coordination and tactics, not act like they barely know iconic maps. - The player starts without enough staff or resources to fix these weaknesses quickly. - Veto AI is too strong compared to match AI. Half-star teams can be terrible during matches but still perfectly identify and ban the only maps where the player has an advantage. The core problem is not that the game is too hard. I want weak players, bad finances, limited staff, poor coordination, and difficult opponents. But difficulty should come from Counter-Strike management decisions, not from players ignoring footsteps, refusing to pick up rifles, flashing teammates, taking repeated 2v5 fights, starting with terrible familiarity on every map, having their only good map banned, and then retiring before replacements are available. Right now, the early game feels less like managing an amateur CS team and more like fighting the game systems themselves. The match AI, eco behavior, map familiarity generation, retirement timing, and amateur-level veto logic all need serious attention.
bolo
Super bon jeu ! Merci pour la data base du workshop , qui te permet d'avoir les vrais noms des joueurs et des équipes. Un peu difficile à prendre en main les tactiques etc ... Surtout quand tu prends une équipe moyenne sans moyens.... à voir sur le long terme !
Certainly a passion project that is worth the time spent easily. Still some sculpting to do, but art takes time. If you're a heavy manager game lover, it might be a bit simple fast, but the game is quickly gaining depth and you'll get the time you paid for. Just gotta add the feature to declare full sniper buys and knife rounds. The general database editor is nice but a little goofiness and customizability on that end would be refreshing! Hoping the workshop for this gains some good momentum.
