CRIMSON METAL Classic 1999

Good thing I got this game for, like, 50 cents or so? Long story short: Its dollar-store Quake 2 with CoD guns, HL2 box-physics puzzles and the stalker necromorphs from DS2 I totally get that FPS Creator is open source now, but man, this game is so buggy and ignores so many game design affordances that I just couldn't bother to finish the game, and let me tell you, the only reason I was able to spend 3 hours playing this was because I just happen to be inclined to digging info on old videogame engines and figured out a way to remap the controls... Speaking of, beign absolutey honest, FPS Creator was, just like RPG Maker, always meant for hobby projects, and most likely, anyone willing to put up with gameplay derived from FPS Creator is better off just getting a copy of the engine (and the many, many free asset packs out there) and just crafting their own "game" for ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles.

Where to start, I have played a lot of Boomer Shooters, and to call this one is almost painful. First issue is NO options menu is was released in 2017.... no reason not to have some sound or video options never mind key binding. Second is the game play is broken. The AI has some wicked aim with some Wanted bullet curving skills. I wish I was recording but I entered a room and all the baddies was T posing and yet shooting me even after I ducked behind a box. I wish this game cooked for about a year longer and it would have been okay but as it is, It will be forever ABANDONED I have better games to play

Bu yorumu oyunu almayı düşünen varsa diye yazıyorum almayın çünkü oyun sadece Episode1 den ibaret, Epidose1 yaklaşık 1 saat içinde tamamlanıyor ve ekrana ''Episode2 için diski takın'' yazısı geliyor internetten baktım eskiden Episode2 DLC olarak sunulmuş ama sonradan yayıncının talebi üzerine Episode2 DLC olarak satılmaktan vazgeçilmiş ama oyuna da eklenmemiş hiçbir şekilde yani oyun sadece Episode1 den oluşuyor ve Episode1 bitince oyun yarıda kalıyor :D Onun dışında oyun fazla karanlık ve parlaklık ayarı yok çünkü oyunda herhangi bir ayarlar seçeneği yok :D müziği azaltıp kısamıyorsunuz veya tuş takımını değiştiremiyorsunuz bildiğiniz ayarlar kısmı eklememişler oyuna. Yapay zeka zaten pek iyi değil bir çok eksiği var bu oyunu tavsiye etmiyorum kesinlikle $4.99 verilmez.

It's not a good game by any means but if you like bad games where some good can be extracted and you have fun with janky shooters you can certainly have some fun. for 0,64€ i got a fun little 30 minutes out of this before it crashed after completing chapter 4 lol. Кажется мне, что бюджет игры такой же, как и её стоимость со скидкой. Это дешевая, кривая, безликая и просто неинтересная игра. Хотя ожидания некоторые на её счёт были. На деле же, это демка собранная из бесплатных ассетов, и прочих деталей и кусков, которые создателю удалось найти, кое-как собранных в одно целое и подписанное названием игры, как я понял. Поиграв во все две игры от разработчика Madbox, хочу пожелать ему успехов. Ведь обе его игры хоть и плохи, но имеют некоторый потенциал. Как минимум любопытный внешний вид. Надеюсь в будущем он будет больше стараться и уделять больше внимания балансу, дизайну уровней и техническому состоянию игр.

[b]Crimson Metal Classic 1999[/b], também conhecido apenas como "CRIMSON METAL" foi lançado em 2017 e usa esse título unicamente para fazer referência aos FPS do final da década de 90, não que necessariamente tenha sido desenvolvido nesta era. A história é narrada através dos olhos do personagem Adam Crimson, que acorda completamente sedado durante um experimento secreto e percebe que o local em que se encontra, foi invadido por esquadrões antiterroristas com intenções de acabar com essa instalação e todos que estiverem ali. Como único sobrevivente, você deve sobreviver e sair vivo da instalação, buscando por respostas e lutando contra ciborgues, mutantes, outros seres humanos e inúmeras armadilhas que estão ali unicamente para deter você. Lançado com apenas um episódio, o jogo teve duas sequências lançadas em DLCs à parte, que posteriormente foram removidas da loja, mas apenas o episódio II foi adicionado ao jogo base, sumindo completamente com a conclusão da história original. O dev diz entregar uma jogabilidade propositalmente crua, sem menus de opções, sem regeneração de vida e escassez de munição, o que não é verdade, é nítido que ele não soube incluir tais recursos e o jogo se mostra muito vazio e genérico em alguns momentos, enquanto em outros é bem difícil, mas não em um nível desafiador. A versão Redux foi prometida para o início de 2019, trazendo melhorias no episódio I, correções de bugs, estabilidade e mais diversão, porém em seu lançamento, pouca coisa foi realmente entregue e o episódio III desapareceu completamente do upgrade, todos os demais pontos negativos continuaram presentes. Também houve promessa da continuação chamada "CRIMSON METAL 2", porém foi cancelada, pois outros dois jogos haviam sido anunciados e estavam com desenvolvimento ativo, encerrando de vez todo e quaisquer suportes a este título atualmente. De fato não é um jogo ruim, mas não vale o preço e não entrega nada do que foi prometido, apenas mais um FPS dentre tantos que temos por aqui.
