Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 29 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Creepy Redneck Dinosaur Mansion 3 is "committing to the bit" so hard that it hurts.
It's a sequel to a game series that doesn't exist, complete with lore and a fictional development team. It's a game where match-3 is used not just for combat, but for lockpicking doors, debating robots, and swallowing a bunch of diamonds in front of a notorious gem thief so that he can't steal them first.
It is, all genre elements considered, a match-3 survival horror comedy RPG metroidvania, and it's rad as hell.
20 years ago, Creepy Redneck Dinosaur Mansion emerged as a smash-hit genre fusion, casting fan-favorite protagonist Jack Briar in a fast-paced puzzle adventure.
8 years ago, Creepy Redneck Dinosaur Mansion 3 was announced on the biggest stage in gaming.
This is what happened next.
A match-3 metroidvania--or matchroidvania --exploring the development of a sequel to a game series that doesn't exist.
Another wild genre fusion from the developers behind Clickolding, I Am Your Beast, and Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator.
A story about sequels, game development, and the horrible, beautiful things that happen when the foundation of your reality falls apart.
Part match-3 metroidvania, part choice-based narrative, part survival horror parody, part joyful wheel-spinning nightmare.
A game that could only work with a polka soundtrack, provided by award-winning composer David Mason (Dredge, Life Eater).

Really fun framing around a match-3 game. It's combined with a sort of visual novel with branching paths and earn-able traits to unlock different choices along the path. The sotry is humorous and 4th wall breaking with the fact it's a video game, giving the main character a bit of an existential crisis. Almost wish 1 and 2 were actual games, but it would ruin the idea of it. Here's my first video for the game of myself playing through it: https://youtu.be/671RwyBsrcI
A pretty short, but enjoyable game with a very interesting story. The match 3 gameplay has some nice additions - not normally a style I play but it works well for this game.
An absolutely fantastic Match-3 battler with a humor filled saga. Plenty of opportunities to tickle the simple brain bits by collecting traits and going through the game like a choose-your-own-adventure book. Most of all, it is an insightful journey of game development that has been ongoing since 2020. iykyk 10/10

Bizarrely, one of the tracks lifts a section from Final Fantasy 10's Seymour Battle Theme. Other than that the game is good though. A few enemies start stringing together abilities that do nothing but extend the fight if they get enough resources, but that's a minor complaint. I love any game that encourages me to replay events looking for minor variations and different ways to navigate them and this one delivered on that front. Lots of fun to unlock a trait on one path I can use to go down a different path on a previous event.
A fun, tongue-in-cheek Match-3 game, set in the video game world of a sequel to a sequel. You take on the role of J.J. as you begin to explore the titular mansion, and find that a lot of things are...incomplete, and perhaps not as they should be. Adapt and overcome, learning new traits and progressing through the very entertaining and "meta" story. Honestly this was just a fun ride through, the game was not without a glitch here or there, but it's one of those games that just oozes with character and love being poured in. I enjoyed progressing through the levels and learning a bit more about both this game's world and the development in general. A fun time, definitely recommend! :D
It's fun and well thought out. I just wish it had a better way of tracking unexplored dialogue options, because without it the last hour or so drags a little.
Забавная и необычная вариация на тему три-в-ряд. Советую, в особенности тем, кто разочаровался в недавнем переиздании ПазлКвеста и хочет чего-то свежего и приятного.
A little rough around the edges, but the writing carries it through. Goofy with a lot of inside humor for the survival horror genre, this basic match 3 puzzle game has a lot of heart and a cool insight buried within. I think a certain audience will really enjoy this game, but it is certainly a niche experience. 6/10 Decent.
Was kinda disappointed with the game story until I started seeing what the game was actually about, after which it got a bit more interesting.
If you like laughing and having fun, give Creepy Redneck Dinosaur Rampage III a shot!
