It's an interesting take on tower defense, but it feels somewhat lacking in terms of what's in the base game. There isn't a large variety of towers, and most of what's there have very specific use cases and aren't usable for a general strategy. It pretty much boils down to 2 towers for 99% of things. A machine gun to cover and take out shallower creep, and a cannon for long range fire on deeper water. That combined with the rather limited number of creep spawning mechanics means there isn't much variation in strategy. Once you overcome the starting condition obstacles for a stage, it's just a matter of time and slowly moving your towers forward. It's pretty difficult to lose once you've figured out a stages initial gimmick.
Hidden gem. If you are looking for a more interactive version of Wetrix, this is the game. It's an economy based game, relying on you to make clever use of your limited starting resources to snowball your energy generation to a point where you can withstand the attacks of the "Creep". If you have played the 3rd game, you'll love this, its very close just with a different presentation. Some of the levels are devilishly difficult, but i assure you there is a way. Something about destroying the 3D wave of Creep is very satisfying.

Once you get past the silly graphics and complete lack of directional lighting, you realize this game has a considerable amount of depth to it. With the built in campaigns, random map generation, and community map pools, it has huge replayability potential. Grab this game for ~50% off during a sale and you will not be disappointed!
Me encanta, siempre he sido fan de esta saga y de momento es seguro que cada juego nuevo que sacan es un buen juego. Siempre mejorando
i love this game the lore is good and the game play good too.
Purple stuff DIE
this is a very fun game, 9/10 it is fun but the last level is really hard
very hard but very fun
I cannot recommend this game in its current state. The optimization is incredibly poor. I am running a RTX 4060, yet the game lags intensely at 2x or 4x speed. This forces you to play at 1x speed. Because of this lag, a single level takes hours to complete. It turns the gameplay into a tedious slog. On FPS-heavy maps, trying to use 4x speed makes you get overwhelmed instantly. You are stuck spending hours on one map, making you question if it is worth your time. The developers have essentially left the game. It gets tiny updates, but no real new content. The player-made content is also drying up fast. The time investment required just does not match the fun provided.
TL;DR the EVIL and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ UP liquid of doom and despair has appeared outa nowhere. and you gotta stop it!!!!
