About

Utilize paint-based mechanics to experience a constant state of flow—dive into the ground and walls, slice through the air and enemies!
Become stronger by unlocking new techniques with your brush that aid you in defeating threatening foes, overcoming platform challenges, solving complex puzzles, and advancing your progress.

Explore Constance's non-linear interconnected world and discover countless secrets, abilities, upgrades, characters, side quests, and inspiring moments.
Using your brush techniques will corrupt your Paint. If you become fully corrupted, negative effects await you, so be wary!
Use inspirations that you find on your travels to sketch in your journal. Your sketches enhance and customize Constance's capabilities. By gathering materials, you can upgrade your sketches into even stronger artworks.
Upon death, choose how to continue your journey. Do you want to persevere through the challenge, at a price? Or do you return to a safe point and explore other unbeaten paths?
The inner world is strongly connected to Constance's mental health journey, with each colorful biome and its unique set of enemies and characters representing different aspects of her psyche and personal history.
Experience playable flashbacks about personal struggle, creativity, work-life-balance, and inner purpose. Step into Constance's socks to uncover her past!

I've only played it for a little bit, but its a really good game! I REALLY like the soundtrack its so beautiful and so sad yet pretty. The bosses and movement are really good and fluid. I like how you can use the paint stab as a substitute of pogo-ing since i have found myself trying to pogo yet you can only attack sideways. The art is fantastic and generally it reminds me alot of Hollow Knight which is my favorite game oat. Please buy this :)

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5/day in the week to Jul 31 → 8.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

i have yet to reach to end, but this is a really cozy and fun game for me. the bosses feel refreshing and fun, and each boss seems to need its own skill set. the game is small enough and the artists are creative enough that every location feels in the same vibe, fitting to the game, yet also completely unique! this is something i only recall from hollow knight and in my eyes silksong didn't really manage to do(as in silksong to me it felt like im doing the same things over and over again like homework). I really enjoyed this, and it's one of my first metroidvania games, this game is really helping me fall in love with this genre more.
Some great idea, maybe half-baked. Its still pretty good, but after beating it in appx 8 hrs i don't feel any kind of pull back to 100% or anything. kind of worse than the sum of its parts. Thumbs up on sale for like 50% off, its way over priced.
great game
Constance was a game I really wanted to love but found myself struggling to. The art style is by far its strongest point--I loved how each area was visually distinct with its own challenges and unique enemies. I liked how the map unfolded and that some areas were blocked off until you'd explored more or completed puzzles. It kept things interesting and drove me to keep looking for secrets as I unlocked new skills. The characters were quirky and cute and I loved coming across them. The story was what let me down: there was no real explanation or world-building and it didn't feel like I was making any progress as the game went on. Things weren't tied together and there was no reflection on events we did witness through tears that would have enhanced the experience. Consequently, the focus shifted to the combat and quests which both became repetitive--even some of the bosses were recycled. I'd rate this 6/10--there was nothing wrong with it and I'm sure lots of people will love it, it just wasn't the game for me.
juego hermoso
메트로베니아 플래포머게임은 다 찾아서 하는중인데 분량이 좀 적지만 잘만든게임. 맵이 보기좀 불편하긴함. 10점만점에 7점
